YOGYAKARTA (The Jakarta Post): Dengue fever has begun to claim victims in Yogyakarta city, killing three out of 740 patients undergoing medical treatment this month.
"Dengue has killed three people across the city," said head of Yogyakarta Health Office, Choirul Anwar, on Friday.
He urged residents to maintain cleanliness, especially at the start of this year's rainy season.
He predicted dengue patients would continue to peak, especially in the months of January to March.
