Prosecutors to file review on baby formula verdict

The Attorney General's Office will file a review against a baby formula verdict at the Supreme Court after it lost the case to keep research on bacteria-contaminated formula milk confidential.

The Central Jakarta District Court has even issued a warning for a forced execution of the research on April 26 after the Health Ministry failed to announce the result of the research.

"A review and warning for forced execution are two different things. We will continue our review effort,” AGO spokesman Noor Rachmad said Tuesday as quoted by tribunnews.com

David Tobing, the lawyer who won the verdict, said he would file for forced execution against the result of the bacteria-contaminated baby formula, conducted by the Bogor Agriculture Institute several years ago.
