In a new paper researchers at the University of Michigan found evidence of
surges in brain activity in two dying patients

Survivors of close calls with death often recall extraordinary experiences: seeing light at the end of a tunnel, floating outside their own bodies, encountering deceased loved ones or recapping major life events in an instant. 

The fact that these stories share so many elements in common and come from people from diverse cultural backgrounds points to a possible biological mechanism -- one that has yet to be de-mystified by scientists. 

In a new paper published Monday in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Science (PNAS), researchers at the University of Michigan found evidence of surges in brain activity associated with consciousness in two dying patients. 

While not the first study of its kind, what sets the new research apart is that it's detailed in a way "that's never been done before," senior author Jimo Borjigin, whose lab is devoted to understanding the neurological basis of consciousness, told AFP. 

The team looked back at the records of four patients who died from cardiac arrest while on electroencephalogram (EEG) monitoring. 

All four fell into comas and were removed from life support after it was determined they were beyond medical help. 

When taken off their ventilators, two of the four patients -- a 24-year-old woman and a 77-year-old woman -- saw increases in their heart rates as well as surges of brain waves in the gamma frequency -- the fastest such brain activity, which is associated with consciousness. 

Earlier studies -- including a prominent paper published in 2022 about an 87-year-old man who died from a fall -- have also found spikes in gamma waves in some people near the point of death. 

The University of Michigan paper went further by examining in greater depth which parts of the brain lit up, with the activity detected in the "posterior cortical hot zone" -- comprised of the temporal, parietal and occipital lobes, which are associated with changes in consciousness. 

"If this part of the brain lights up, that means the patient is seeing something, can hear something, and they might feel sensations out of the body," said Borjigin, adding that the region was "on fire." 

Brain and heart activity were monitored, second by second, for the last few hours of the patients' life, contributing to the strength of the analysis, she added. 

It's not clear why two of the patients experienced these potential signs of "covert consciousness" while two did not, though Borjigin speculated their history of seizures might have primed their brains in some way. 

Owing to the small sample size, the authors cautioned against making wide-ranging inferences. 

What's more, it's not possible to confirm that the patients really had any visions as they did not live to tell the tale. 

Borjigin hopes in the future to collect data on hundreds more people -- increasing the chances that some will actually survive. 

One way to do so might be to create an experiment that simulates a near-death experience while the patient is being monitored under lab conditions.

Greetings, dear ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service. 

This is lesson four of four regarding that amazing thing called Innate. We encourage you to hear the other three channels that give information in a sequence that makes sense of this teaching. Innate is that amazing smart body, an attribute within you, which knows what you don’t about you. Innate is used for muscle testing. It’s responsible for “the placebo effect,” and for spontaneous remission. It is that which has many mysteries not yet solved regarding exactly how it works. 

The first mystery is that it exists at all because it is not truly understandable, and often is seen as a miracle. There are processes in your body (I’ll call them triggers) that start a cascade of healing energy. When you can have a disease that goes into a spontaneous remission so fast you would assign it as a miracle, there must be some kind of process that your body has, which Innate triggered. It is truly amazing. What if Innate knows things about your body that can create an enhanced energy of miraculous, cascading healing? These are the things that my partner has seen on this planet with his own eyes. It takes your breath away to see it! 

Instantaneous healing is always assigned to a higher power, or to some kind of miracle. This is because there is no acknowledgment of the fact that this kind of thing might exist internally in your own body. The truth is bigger than you think: These kinds of healings are the actual chemical triggers of your own body. This has never been seen as a direct result of medicine, hence the disbelief. However, it has been seen constantly, especially in spiritual circles, for hundreds of years. I’ll tell you that these are the things that deserve analysis, which many believe are simply not explainable. However, these are the things that Innate has been doing in Humans for a very long time because you have asked for it, or because you needed it. These are life-saving mysteries to this day. 

Innate is very unusual, and we “gave it away” in the last Circle of Twelve session. However, if you are listening to or reading this channel and you are not a member of the Circle of Twelve, I will inform you now: Innate is part of your Soul. Think about this. It is not sequestered to your chemistry. It has to be part of the “Bigger You” for these kinds of miracle-like actions, and especially for the next attribute to be explained. 

There would be those who would say, “Now you’ve gone too far, Kryon, because Innate obviously is something that is part of your cellular structure. It tells you all of the things that you need for your body, and so why would it be part of your Soul?” 

The answer is an answer I will give about many things that you consider “body only.” Your chemistry and cellular structure are not in a prison of skin, as you often see it. Your body is huge, and it has a field that extends way beyond 3D. Do you really think your consciousness comes from your brain? No animal on Earth “ponders its existence.” Only Humans do that. You are part of a much larger system than you think. 

Let’s go slowly. Part of profound healing is getting beyond the blocks that you’ve had from past lives. Let’s say it again. Part of profound healing is dealing with the blocks that have come with you from past lives. There is a subconscious “remembering mechanism” that sometimes comes in with your current life from past-life experience. Most of you know this. Those of you listening to this Circle of 12 program would be aware of it since so many of the guests who have been on the program have discussed it. “Rewriting the codes,” they will call it. Where did the codes come from? Many are with you from birth – from the Akashic memory of past lives. 

There’s a lot of clearing that must be done for the healing of these blocks. Quite often these are the blocks, plus other ones from your current upbringing, which keep healing from happening quickly. So, think about it: There has to be an energy that knows you and works with your subconscious to make anything happen. It must be an energy that knows what these blocks are, an energy that may have even been with you when the blocks occurred in a past life. Welcome to the amazing mystery of Innate. Innate must be part of your Soul because it knows about those blocks, dear ones. Innate, therefore, is multi-dimensional. 

If you start to think that Innate might be something far grander and more powerful than a simple body intelligence, you are on the path to a greater truth. Indeed, Innate might be a Soul partner: It comes in with you with some very, very interesting “awareness of your personal attributes.” Having Innate as part of something bigger explains how it might work. 

Let me give you something else to think about: There are some women listening to or reading this now who have a genomic situation, and when they learn about it, it’s frightening. They will find out they may have an inherited disease that seems to come with the genes at birth somehow. They will say: “My mother died of it; my sister died of it; and I’m afraid of it.” Bless you, if you are one of these (women), for this is something that sits upon your consciousness, perhaps sits upon your very innermost thoughts. These are things that you awaken to and wonder if this situation may visit you. 

Healings are accomplished many, many times that will remove the ancestral DNA or genome attribute that would cause that disease. Did you get that? In order for this to work for you, and be removed from your genome forever, the process has to come out of your past so completely that it affects even the lineage that you have. That is far more than a chemical healing. It’s almost like rewriting part of your lineage – yet the Innate can do it, and does, regularly. There are some of you who are also listening to or reading this who know I am right because you have had all that dysfunctional genomic chemistry eliminated through profound healings that you have generated yourself, through your consciousness, through cognizing the process of talking to your cells. 

So, a woman who says, “Dear Innate, break my ancestral disease link so that I will not get the disease,” starts the process of working with the blocks from her past-life genealogy. If she can cognize this and is successful – are you ready for this? – the link will also be broken in her existing and future children. Think about this one. The inherited negative genes stop here! 

And the question is: can Innate really do that? Yes. I told you from earlier messages that you are in charge of all things biological. It’s a command to Innate because Innate is there as a Soul partner to do the things that you are awakening to and beginning to understand. You are understanding how to be able to speak to Innate. Is that too much to understand? 

The new energy of the planet is starting to enhance the awakening process for many, and they are starting to see how much more there is to their inner structure and the interaction of their spiritual selves to their biological selves. 

You are awakening to your power, you might say, to control your own body. And part of this is that there are dysfunctional ancestral links that you can stop right now. Oh, dear one, there is someone here who needed to hear that. Can we celebrate that together? You needed to hear that. It’s very doable. 

So, how big do you think Innate is now? It knows your biological ancestry. It also knows your Akashic Record. It’s a Soul partner that comes in with you. 

Two more items that you should know about: The Innate has some attributes that you normally assign to Spirit itself. Number One: Innate is quiet. You never know it’s there until you awaken to its presence and start working with it. It’s an interesting thing that would come in with you, yet be silent, isn’t it? You’d think that Innate would arrive ready to help and start working with you immediately. But, if you say nothing, nothing happens. 

If you sit in a restaurant and never order food, it never comes. It’s an odd thing, is it not, to go to a restaurant over and over and simply sit at the table and then leave later? Welcome to humanism because that’s what you’ve been doing. You’ve been coming to that place, wishing to have the healing, never understanding there is a menu in front of you called Innate. 

Innate will do no healing until you awaken to a place where you know you can work together to make it happen. Think of that for a moment. That explains so much. It explains why a Human can go into despair, or fear, or the real attributes of feeling they are a victim of life – and never know about the menu of Innate. If that’s you, now you know. Number Two: Here is the final attribute, a sobering one, and one that happens all the time: You order the wrong thing from the restaurant’s menu! Innate obeys your passionate instructions. Many are using the “menu” all the time and don’t know it. If you say, “Innate, I want to be sick tomorrow,” you will be sick tomorrow. Innate has no judgment, dear ones. It has no filters. It is here to serve you. 

“Wait a minute, Kryon, who would say that?” Thousands do, when they fear disease and say, “I’m going to catch that. I know it!” or “I wonder if I have that disease I saw on the commercial on TV last night? I think I do!” This is energy given to the menu of Innate.So, in your life, if you are afraid of catching every disease that might be out there, Innate will make sure you do. Did you hear me? This is that Soul partner that does what you ask, dear ones. It does what it sees you are interested in! Hypochondriacs are invested in concentrating most of their efforts on worrying about the diseases – that, unknown to them, they are ordering on the menu. 

Think about your words when you are at home alone. What instructions are you giving to Innate with the things that you say? When you say, “Oh, I knew that would happen. Only bad things are happening to me. I wonder what’s going to happen tomorrow … some more bad things, perhaps?” Innate will line it up for you and make certain you receive what you verbalized. 

For those who would say, “All manner of bad things happen to me all the time. So, is this just me thinking this, or is that really true?” I will tell you, dear ones, yes, it’s really true. It is because you have brought it to you with your words and expectations. Did you ever think of that? 

Maybe it’s time to go to that restaurant, pick up that magnificent menu of healing and create a wonderful, purposefully-worded order. It would be an order that you will not ever, ever forget. It is done with your affirmative expectations and your verbalizations to others. 

One of the things on that menu, at the top, in big letters is this: I am magnificent. Here are the magnificent things: Number one: I am not a victim. Number two: I was born magnificent. Number three: I have a Soul partner called Innate that was built to heal and help and bring me into the magnificence of who I am. Number four: It’s waiting for my order. 

What a concept. 

Mysterious, indeed. Actionable? Yes. Doable? Yes, it’s there in front of you, dear ones, and tens of thousands have discovered this and know about Innate and the magic that can be yours.

Experimental treatment ‘drastically’ improves prospects for worst Covid patients

An anti-inflammatory drug used in a Dutch hospital to treat the most seriously ill Covid-19 patients has been found to reduce the death rate by 65%. 

The Zuyderland Medisch Centrum in Geleen and Heerlen used corticosteroids, sometimes in combination with other medicines to suppress the immune system, to treat patients who developed cytokine storm syndrome (CSS). 

Around a quarter of Covid-19 patients who are admitted to hospital develop CSS, which occurs when the virus activates large numbers of white blood cells. 

Patients who were treated with an intensive course of glucocorticoids were 65% less likely to die and 71% less likely to need mechanical ventilation, according to the findings published on Tuesday in The Annals of Rheumatic Disease. 

At the beginning of the outbreak in March, 48% of Covid-19 patients being treated for CSS in the Limburg hospital died, but after doctors began using the steroid treatment the death rate fell to 16%. 

Patients were given the treatment for between five and seven days, in combination with the immunosuppressant drug tocilizumab if no improvement was seen by the second day.

"...... The virus is not killing you.

The virus will often take someone, perhaps, who is weaker, to a level that is dangerous. With that danger, the doctors will put them into a hospital and give the best care that they know how to give. Some of the patients go into that which you call the ICU (Intensive Care Unit). Surrounded by ICU specialists and doctors and nurses who care about them and are doing their best to save their lives, these health care professionals watch their efforts fail. Instead of seeing that which is a normal response within an ICU protocol, or that which is normal for a virus of this kind, they observe something completely different.

They watch a dramatic and quick downturn, and, sometimes, an almost immediate death. They are mystified, since there shouldn’t be this scenario happening, and they’re scratching their heads and saying, “that should not have happened.”

Dear ones, they are correct. Indeed, it should not be that way, and so, there’s another component to this – there is something else happening. This is factual, dear ones, and you can ask the physicians on the front lines and the nurses who have watched and seen those who are put on the ventilators who seem to be recovering, and then they lose them.

There is something else going on, dear ones, and now I will tell you what it is – and it’s not sinister or esoteric. It’s just chemistry. What I tell you now, hopefully, will lead to an understanding, so that, in the future, this virus does not have to be the “killer flu.” It will only be “the flu.” I’m telling you now the potential of what will be discovered and, if you roll your eyes at this, talk to me in a few years and see if you are going to roll your eyes then.

Number One:

Dear ones, your immune system has never seen this. Most of you have a robust immune system, but for those who don’t, your system will overreact to the virus. You might say that the immune system is what is killing the Human Beings, not the virus. The virus will take the dysfunction of your body to a certain level, and then the immune system, which has never seen this before, will completely overreact and cause quick death.

Now, I just gave you a key: If your medical science could encapsulate that immune system so it will not overreact, this flu will never kill another Human. You absolutely know the flu season is coming back. However, it will simply be the flu and it won’t be a killer flu anymore, because you will have figured it out. I just gave you something to work on and to know, and, if you think I am wrong, simply ask those doctors in the ICU if they have seen this phenomenon. They will say, “Yes, and we know there’s something else. We wish we knew what it was.”

Concentrate not on the virus vaccine, but on the immune system. Figure out why this reaction is taking place and work the puzzle of the immune system, so that there is no devastating horror for so many and hurt for so many hearts. Inappropriate death, it is.

You have gone into a habit of looking for an outside cure to always come forward and give you protection. Realize, dear ones, that this is an “add on” to an already wonderful immune system that begs for help. What if you, someday, have no need for any vaccine, and instead, you become super-strong in your resistance? What if everything can be solved and cured by enhancing YOUR system instead of something from the outside? What if this strength comes from organic substances and enhanced support for your own system instead of going to a pill? This would be a new paradigm for mainstream health. ...."

Wuhan lab had three live bat coronaviruses: Chinese state media

The Chinese virology institute at the centre of US allegations it may have been the source of the COVID-19 pandemic has three live strains of bat coronavirus on-site, but none match the new global contagion, its director has said.

Scientists think COVID-19 -- which first emerged in the central Chinese city of Wuhan and has killed more than 340,000 people worldwide -- originated in bats and could have been transmitted to people via another mammal.

But the director of the Wuhan Institute of Virology told state broadcaster CGTN that claims made by US President Donald Trump and others the virus could have leaked from the facility were "pure fabrication".

In the interview filmed on May 13 but broadcast Saturday night, Wang Yanyi said the centre has "isolated and obtained some coronaviruses from bats".

"Now we have three strains of live viruses... But their highest similarity to SARS-CoV-2 only reaches 79.8 percent," she said, referring to the coronavirus strain that causes COVID-19.

One of their research teams, led by Professor Shi Zhengli, has been researching bat coronaviruses since 2004 and focused on the "source tracing of SARS", the strain behind another virus outbreak nearly two decades ago.

"We know that the whole genome of SARS-CoV-2 is only 80 percent similar to that of SARS. It's an obvious difference," she said.

"So, in Professor Shi's past research, they didn't pay attention to such viruses which are less similar to the SARS virus."

Plans for more labs

Conspiracy rumours that the biosafety lab was involved in the outbreak swirled online for months before Trump and US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo brought the theory into the mainstream by claiming that there is evidence the pathogen came from the institute.

The United States and Australia have called in recent weeks for an investigation into the origins of the pandemic.

Chinese scientists have said that the virus first emerged at a market selling live animals in Wuhan, though officials in Beijing more recently cast doubt about its origins.

Chinese Foreign minister Wang Yi on Sunday blasted what he called efforts by US politicians to "fabricate rumours" about the pathogen's origins and "stigmatise China".

He said China would be "open" to international cooperation to identify the source of the novel coronavirus, as long as any investigation is "free of political interference".

The World Health Organization has said Washington offered no evidence to support the "speculative" claims about the Wuhan lab.

The Wuhan lab has said it received samples of the then-unknown virus on December 30, determined the viral genome sequence on January 2 and submitted information on the pathogen to the WHO on January 11.

Wang Yanyi said in the interview that before it received samples in December, their team had never "encountered, researched or kept the virus".

"In fact, like everyone else, we didn't even know the virus existed," she said. "How could it have leaked from our lab when we never had it?"

At a press conference Sunday, Zhao Chenxin, deputy secretary-general of the National Development and Reform Commission, said every Chinese prefecture must have its own P3 laboratory to ramp up preparations against infectious diseases.

Apart from the P3 lab plans -- the second-highest biosafety classification for labs handling pathogens -- Zhao said each city should also have a lower-level P2 laboratory so they could "quickly respond in a major epidemic".

The Wuhan institute has both P3 and P4 labs.

Blossom: Hello there! I have returned from my amazing week in Hawaii, in which you Graced us with your presence. Again … Thank you! I am now in isolation for a fortnight and naturally, many are wanting to know what you have to say about the current situation as it stands, on our Planet at this time. Thank you.

Federation of Light: Welcome Blossom and All that are experiencing the most amazing, exciting times that you will have ever encountered in your existence throughout many life times.

We ask that you Rejoice. For that which we have talked with you about … is finally here. For so long, with respect, you have asked for this, and now it is here … one is wondering how on Earth to get through it. 

Yet, Each One … Each One of you KNOWS how … for you have prepared your Being … your Energies for this, throughout all this time that you had to wait.

To be honest, I felt you may not have anything new to say because you have been preparing us for so long. I guess, not one assumed that it would ‘play out’ in this fashion.

And not one assumed that they would feel the way they do about it.

Do you recall how we said you would have to ‘Hold on to your hats’ and remain in your Light? How you would have to ‘gently’ allow your knowledge to seep through to those that felt lost and afraid? How the media would fill your minds with untruths to keep you in a place of fear?

Dearest souls … are you reading between the ‘headlines’? Are you picking up on the fact that this virus that is supposedly sweeping through your countries is a disguise for all that is taking place on a completely different level, so that those who are now being ‘uncovered’  are hiding under the charade in order for mass panic of a different discovery, not to take place?

So, a big question to ask I know, yet … who concocted this virus … The goodies or the baddies?

We would say the baddies. Yet, due to Divine planning it is doing that which it was designed to do in order for your world to make its transition. For as you know, Earth cannot possibly rise in the state that it was/is in.

Therefore, we would not say ‘their plan’ has backfired … we would say from the good guys point of view, it is ‘playing itself out’ perfectly.

Some would obviously argue due to the pandemonium and deaths, and the absolute downfall that I feel will bring our world to a standstill.

From our position there is no argument to be had. We are not of the arguing Vibration. We simply state what is.

We have told you that your world will become Topsy Turvy, yet far more so than now.

In order for change to take place … many things must come to a halt as opposed to a ‘ticking over’.

Much disruption must be endured by everyone on many, many levels, due to the need and necessary adjustments to take their place in this Game.

Yes. It will get much more serious. Yet, the ‘illness’ will subside, yet, not be forgotten in the ‘Once upon a time’ story.

It is an ingenious plan. It could not be otherwise.

Those whose lives have been taken to another Vibration had agreed for this to happen. There are no mistakes. Just as the many thousands of lives that are taken daily through other means. No mistake. An agreement of knowing their ‘time’ upon your Planet has served them and they now shall have other opportunities elsewhere.

So many are in fear though, not just of catching the virus, yet, their business and jobs … savings, EVERYTHING is …

Topsy Turvy!

Our words of advice to those who ‘know’ … those who ‘knew’ … is to remain in your Light at all times.

The strength of that Light shall ripple out and find those who are in most need. Those that shall benefit from it greatly/most.

No one shall starve because there is food in abundance and as you are already aware, there is an Awakening taking place in so many, as they offer kindnesses that they would not ‘normally’ have considered.

And finances?

WILL CHANGE.

What one must carefully consider, is that in order for this Divine transformation to shine its Light, it cannot possibly continue in the way that it has been functioning. For within that functioning is so much corruption and greed and misleading information.

In order for ‘fairness’ and ‘equal rights’ financially and otherwise to ‘resume’ … the dominoes have to fall.

THIS IS WHY YOU ARE HERE … REMEMBER?

YOU … THE STRONGEST OF THE STRONG.

When you say ‘resume’ … is that the right word?

Indeed. For your Planet did not begin in this way.

IT IS NOW TIME FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS TO BE THE WAY OF LIFE.

This of course, as we have said, will not and cannot take place over night.

Many of you are aware of many who are suspicious, although they have no knowledge of the underlying cause. You see, already the Light is shining through.

Yet, Dearest Souls … take into account the fear that is spreading because of the media. Take into account also, that things have to get a lot more ‘delicate’ in order for changes.

KEEP YOUR SPIRIT HIGH.

For those that cannot ‘get through’ to the fearful … then send your Light through the ethers. To One … to All.

Send your Light. Let it be a constant stream, a flow of Goodness and Hope and Strength.

A great thing is the humour! Many ‘Light players’ are doing a great job in that department.

Because that is ‘their’ assignment. To Lighten up the dark.

LAUGHTER IS THE GREATEST HEALER OF ALL.

So, continue to find Laughter daily, as often as possible.

That which is to come is far more ‘Threatening’ than this that is taking place now.

Sounds ominous!

Yet … Truthful.

Any inkling of a hint of the tiniest guidance on that ‘threatening’ behaviour that is to come?

No.

I knew you were to say that. Yet, if you don’t ask you don’t get. Mmm! I asked and didn’t get.

Let us state Blossom … that when a seed is planted, depending on how it is nurtured and watered, there is no knowing of how that seed will grow. The length of time, the direction in which the flowers will bloom, the number of petals on each flower or indeed, how many flowers.

Therefore, would we say … the seed has been planted. It has sprouted … now, as it is watered, we will see which direction it shall take.

So, are you saying, depending on how WE water it, it will take a different course?

We are saying that it is being watered continually … Your job is to remove the thorns.

THERE IS TO BE NO STOPPING OF THE GROWTH OF THIS DIVINE PLAN.

THIS IS A TRUTH.

IT CANNOT AND WILL NOT FAIL.

What we are saying, is that it shall offer many possibilities as to which way the wind blows.

We are not predictors … no – one is. For it is the thoughts of the masses that bring about the change.

With respect … I imagine your ‘imminent’ is like your ‘soon’. So, best we just go with the flow.

Certainly.

Courage and strength are Being sent to you All as everything falls into place.

Just to go back a bit … you say the virus will die out?

Yes. Without question.

Will the fear die out?

Through Light, yes, eventually.

Yet … THIS IS YOUR TASK. YOU KNOW THIS.

THAT YOU ARE HERE TO BE YOUR LIGHT.

GENTLY EXPLAIN TO SOULS OF THE BEST MEDICINE EVER …

TO FEEL IN THEIR HEART …

I AM THE LIGHT. I AM THE LOVE. I AM.

So many more will ‘try it’ because they don’t know what else to do … where else to turn.

So many souls, as they do so, will find their hearts Vibrating on a different level. They will notice the medicine working. The fear will leave them and a new strength will enter in.

Soul’s Being’s will open up to that new understanding. For eventually, it will be the only way through.

The Light within each one will be the ‘way to get through this’. Even to those who you may consider the most unlikely candidates will surprise you and themselves.

Remember how we have said that throughout all this turmoil as you live in ‘Topsy Turvy’ land, there will be given to you ‘Joys of Light’ that will uplift and strengthen?

HOPE WILL COME.

Yet, many moons ago we said that we prefer to use the word ‘Know’ instead of Hope.

SO, DEAREST SOULS … KNOW THAT THE CHANGE IS HAPPENING AND WITHIN/AMONGST ALL THE UPHEAVAL AND DEVASTATION AND ‘GRINDING TO A HALT’ THERE IS THE BIGGEST, BRIGHTEST LIGHT OF LOVE AND PEACE THAT IS TO COME AND FILL YOUR HEARTS WITH THE REMEMBERANCE OF THAT WHICH YOU ARE.

And … when THIS occurs … that which you are experiencing now and are to experience in that future now … will give understanding as to why this ‘experience’ of the walls tumbling down HAD to take its place in the Grand Scheme of things.

REMEMBER … FEEL … KNOW … that there are multitudes of Light Beings surrounding your Planet at this time. Remaining in strength as they ‘play their part’ in this MIGHTY, MIRACULOUS Transformation.

IT IS NOW.

ALL THAT YOU HAVE WAITED FOR … ALL THE IMPATIENCE AND TIREDNESS AND LOSING OF HOPE/KNOWING ABOUT THE ‘WHY’ OF YOU BEING HERE … AND THE ‘WHEN’ OF SEEING IT THROUGH … IS HAPPENNING NOW.

Dearest Ones … HANG ON TO YOUR HATS … PUT FLOWERS IN THEIR BRIM. Tie them tightly under your chins in the ABSOLUTE KNOWING that the gates have opened and it is time to walk through into the fields of a new Vibrational Earth.

Yet, first we have to remove the cowpats! Thank you so much … for BEING THE BEINGS that you are.

As you, indeed … the ground crew … who were especially chosen for this assignment … continue on Walking Boldly into the Light and Love that you are and KNOW YOURSELVES TO BE.

What the new coronavirus measures in the Netherlands mean for you

The Dutch government on Thursday announced new nationwide measures to try to contain the coronavirus epidemic in the Netherlands. Here’s what you need to know. 

Social contacts

• If you have a cold, a cough, sore throat or a fever stay home. Avoid contact with others. Only call your doctor if your symptoms get worse. 
• Gatherings of more than 100 people have been cancelled. This includes public places such as museums, concerts, theatres, professional and amateur sports events and matches. 
• Churches and mosques are also cancelling their services 
• There are currently no restrictions on visiting a cafe or restaurant, as long as you do not have any symptoms 
• Work from home if possible or stagger your working times. 
• Try to avoid close contact with the elderly and people with weakened immune systems. 
• In particular, elderly people and those with weakened immune systems are asked to avoid large gatherings and public transport. 
• Healthcare workers are being asked to stay home only if they have symptoms including a fever. They are also being asked not to travel abroad. 

Education

• Universities and hbo colleges have been requested to offer online lectures and the university and college associations have said they will stop all physical forms of education for the time being, including exams. 
• Children who have a cold, cough or fever should stay at home. 
• Primary schools, secondary schools, secondary vocational schools (MBO) and childcare centres will remain open as usual. This, the government says, is because children and young people are not high-risk groups and closing schools would have a major impact on society without contributing significantly to reducing the spread of coronavirus. 

The measures apply up to and including March 31. 

Hygiene 

The Dutch public health institute RIVM and World Health Organisation say everyone should follow these instructions to prevent infection: 

• Avoid shaking hands and physical contact 
• Wash your hands frequently and thoroughly with soap or alcohol rub 
• Sneeze into a tissue or  your elbow 
• Use paper tissues and dispose of them immediately 
• Stay away at least one metre away from people who are sneezing or coughing 
• Avoid touching your face with your hands, which may have picked up the virus 

The RIVM says face masks should only be worn by medical staff. Most of the paper masks used by the general public are worthless and offer a false sense of security, officials say. 

Coronavirus in the Netherlands, the questionsyou want answered 

Tests 

Tests for coronavirus can only be requested via the local health board or a hospital and it takes around 24 hours for the test results to come through. 

Testing is currently only being carried out on people who have worsening symptoms and have been in an at risk area or in contact with people who have coronavirus. 

The RIVM has an interactive map showing where corona infections are being confirmed. 

Can I still go on holiday? 

The Dutch foreign affairs ministry has up-to-date advice on foreign travel and has set up a red to green coding system for coronavirus. Currently China, Iran and Italy should be avoided for all but essential travel. The Dutch government website has more information in English. 

The US has imposed a travel ban on all incoming flights from the EU from Saturday.
