“…… Should I use Doctors and Drugs to Heal Me or Spiritual Methods?

"Dear Kryon, I have heard that you should stay natural and not use the science on the planet for healing. It does not honor God to go to a doctor. After all, don't you say that we can heal with our minds? So why should we ever go to a doctor if we can do it ourselves? Not only that, my doctor isn't enlightened, so he has no idea about my innate or my spiritual body needs. What should I do?"

First, Human Being, why do you wish to put so many things in boxes? You continue to want a yes and no answer for complex situations due to your 3D, linear outlook on almost everything. Learn to think out of the 3D box! Look at the heading of this section [above]. It asks which one should you do. It already assumes you can't do both because they seem dichotomous.

Let's use some spiritual logic: Here is a hypothetical answer, "Don't go to a doctor, for you can heal everything with your mind." So now I will ask: How many of you can do that in this room right now? How many readers can do that with efficiency right now? All of you are old souls, but are you really ready to do that? Do you know how? Do you have really good results with it? Can you rid disease and chemical imbalance with your mind right now?

I'm going to give you a truth, whether you choose to see it or not. You're not ready for that! You are not yet prepared to take on the task of full healing using your spiritual tools. Lemurians could do that, because Pleiadians taught them how! It's one of the promises of God, that there'll come a day when your DNA works that efficiently and you will be able to walk away from drug chemistry and the medical industry forever, for you'll have the creator's energy working at 100 percent, something you saw within the great masters who walked the earth.

This will be possible within the ascended earth that you are looking forward to, dear one. Have you seen the news lately? Look out the window. Is that where you are now? We are telling you that the energy is going in that direction, but you are not there yet.

Let those who feel that they can heal themselves begin the process of learning how. Many will be appreciative of the fact that you have some of the gifts for this now. Let the process begin, but don't think for a moment that you have arrived at a place where every health issue can be healed with your own power. You are students of a grand process that eventually will be yours if you wish to begin the quantum process of talking to your cells. Some will be good at this, and some will just be planting the seeds of it.

Now, I would like to tell you how Spirit works and the potentials of what's going to happen in the next few years. We're going to give the doctors of the planet new inventions and new science. These will be major discoveries about the Human body and of the quantum attributes therein.

Look at what has already happened, for some of this science has already been given to you and you are actually using it. Imagine a science that would allow the heart to be transplanted because the one you have is failing. Of course! It's an operation done many times a month on this planet. That information came from the creator, did you realize that? It didn't drop off the shelf of some dark energy library to be used in evil ways.

So, if you need a new heart, Lightworker, should you go to the doctor or create one with your mind? Until you feel comfortable that you can replace your heart with a new one by yourself, then you might consider using the God-given information that is in the hands of the surgeon. For it will save your life, and create a situation where you stay and continue to send your light to the earth! Do you see what we're saying?

You can also alter that which is medicine [drugs] and begin a process that is spectacular in its design, but not very 3D. I challenge you to begin to use what I would call the homeopathic principle with major drugs. If some of you are taking major drugs in order to alter your chemistry so that you can live better and longer, you might feel you have no choice. "Well, this is keeping me alive," you might say. "I don't yet have the ability to do this with my consciousness, so I take the drugs."

In this new energy, there is something else that you can try if you are in this category. Do the following with safety, intelligence, common sense and logic. Here is the challenge: The principle of homeopathy is that an almost invisible tincture of a substance is ingested and is seen by your innate. Innate "sees" what you are trying to do and then adjusts the body's chemistry in response. Therefore, you might say that you are sending the body a "signal for balance." The actual tincture is not large enough to affect anything chemically - yet it works!

The body [innate] sees what you're trying to do and then cooperates. In a sense, you might say the body is healing itself because you were able to give it instructions through the homeopathic substance of what to do. So, why not do it with a major drug? Start reducing the dosage and start talking to your cells, and see what happens. If you're not successful, then stop the reduction. However, to your own amazement, you may often be successful over time.

You might be able to take the dosage that you're used to and cut it to at least a quarter of what it was. It is the homeopathy principle and it allows you to keep the purpose of the drug, but reduce it to a fraction of a common 3D dosage. You're still taking it internally, but now it's also signaling in addition to working chemically. The signal is sent, the body cooperates, and you reduce the chance of side effects.

You can't put things in boxes of yes or no when it comes to the grand system of Spirit. You can instead use spiritual logic and see the things that God has given you on the planet within the inventions and processes. Have an operation, save your life, and stand and say, "Thank you, God, for this and for my being born where these things are possible." It's a complicated subject, is it not? Each of you is so different! You'll know what to do, dear one. Never stress over that decision, because your innate will tell you what is appropriate for you if you're willing to listen. ….”

Philip Morris 'abused rights' seeking to sue Australia: court

Yahoo – AFP, 16 May 2016

An international tribunal on Monday finally unveiled a secret ruling confirming it had rejected a bid by tobacco giant Philip Morris to sue Australia over its plain packaging laws, calling the attempt "an abuse of rights".

In its heavily-redacted 186-page ruling dating from December 17, 2015, the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) said it had no jurisdiction over the case brought by Philip Morris.

In 2012, Australia became the first country to mandate that cigarettes must be sold in plain packages, in a bid to reduce smoking rates. This initiative has since been followed by other nations including France and Britain.

But big tobacco firms including Philip Morris have launched legal challenges against such laws, arguing the new rules impinge on their trademark intellectual property.

Philip Morris, manufacturers of some of the world's most recognisable brands, including Marlboro, lodged the challenge with the arbitration court based in The Hague in 2011 after the plain-packaging legislation was first passed, using a 1993 trade deal between Australia and Hong Kong that included foreign investment protections.

Tobacco Firms Lose Plain Packet Challenge

But the PCA found in its animous ruling that "the main and determinative, if not sole, reason" for a restructuring of the company as far back as 2005 was to enable it "to bring a claim under the treaty, using an entity from Hong Kong" after it received ample warnings that such legislation was being considered.

"The record indeed shows that the principal, if not sole, purpose of the restructuring was to gain protection under the treaty in respect of the very measures that form the subject matter of the present arbitration," the court ruled.

"The tribunal cannot but conclude that the initiation of this arbitration constitutes an abuse of rights," the court added.

The court therefore found that Philip Morris's claims were "inadmissible" and it was "precluded from exercising jurisdiction over this dispute."

The ruling came after a closed-door hearing held in Singapore in February 2015.

Canberra had welcomed the decision saying "plain packaging is a legitimate public health measure."

“… The Shift in Human Nature

You're starting to see integrity change. Awareness recalibrates integrity, and the Human Being who would sit there and take advantage of another Human Being in an old energy would never do it in a new energy. The reason? It will become intuitive, so this is a shift in Human Nature as well, for in the past you have assumed that people take advantage of people first and integrity comes later. That's just ordinary Human nature.

In the past, Human nature expressed within governments worked like this: If you were stronger than the other one, you simply conquered them. If you were strong, it was an invitation to conquer. If you were weak, it was an invitation to be conquered. No one even thought about it. It was the way of things. The bigger you could have your armies, the better they would do when you sent them out to conquer. That's not how you think today. Did you notice?

Any country that thinks this way today will not survive, for humanity has discovered that the world goes far better by putting things together instead of tearing them apart. The new energy puts the weak and strong together in ways that make sense and that have integrity. Take a look at what happened to some of the businesses in this great land (USA). Up to 30 years ago, when you started realizing some of them didn't have integrity, you eliminated them. What happened to the tobacco companies when you realized they were knowingly addicting your children? Today, they still sell their products to less-aware countries, but that will also change.

What did you do a few years ago when you realized that your bankers were actually selling you homes that they knew you couldn't pay for later? They were walking away, smiling greedily, not thinking about the heartbreak that was to follow when a life's dream would be lost. Dear American, you are in a recession. However, this is like when you prune a tree and cut back the branches. When the tree grows back, you've got control and the branches will grow bigger and stronger than they were before, without the greed factor. Then, if you don't like the way it grows back, you'll prune it again! I tell you this because awareness is now in control of big money. It's right before your eyes, what you're doing. But fear often rules.

The Next Ones to Fall

There's something potentially coming that you should know about, and I've reported it before two other times. But I want you to hear it again. What other very large industries don't have integrity, but also have a great deal of money? Prepare for the crumbling of big pharma in America. It is starting now and when the reports happen and the movie is created [smile], Americans will wake up to the fact that they have an enormously wealthy industry that keeps people sick for money.

You're not going to like it and you're not going to tolerate it. Watch. What I say today is not fortune telling, dear ones. I am reporting the potentials of Human nature before me. I'm reporting that awareness is starting to grab that which is inappropriate on this planet, what you call old energy, and slowly is beginning to move it to a place you never thought it would go. It's a place of integrity that your parents told you was impossible for large institutions, but here you are living it. Along with this also will be changes in the very large business of insurance, as we told you before. …”

“…I'm in Canada and I know it, but I will tell those listening and reading in the American audience the following: Get ready! Because there are some institutions that are yet to fall, ones that don't have integrity and that could never be helped with a bail out. Again, we tell you the biggest one is big pharma, and we told you that before. It's inevitable. If not now, then in a decade. It's inevitable and they will fight to stay alive and they will not be crossing the bridge. For on the other side of the bridge is a new way, not just for medicine but for care. Paradigms that have not yet been thought of, which don't represent any system that currently exists, will be created and developed by young minds who have concepts that the seniors don't know about. Things that don't have integrity today will fall over tomorrow. Just get ready. It's all part of what's on the other side of the bridge. And the old energy won't like it, and they will object. …”

Uruguay poised to legalize abortion

MONTEVIDEO, Uruguay (AP) — Uruguay's congress appeared ready on Tuesday to legalize abortion, a groundbreaking move in Latin America, where no country save Cuba has made abortions accessible to all women during the first trimester of pregnancy.

Compromises made to secure votes disappointed both sides of the abortion divide, which gathered in protest. Once it gets through Uruguay's lower house, the measure would go back to the Senate for approval of changes, but President Jose Mujica has said he will allow it to become law.

The measure would give women the right to a legal abortion during the first 12 weeks of pregnancy, and decriminalize later-term abortions when the mother's life is at risk or when the fetus is so deformed that it wouldn't survive after birth. In cases of rape, abortions would be legal during the first 14 weeks.

The goal is to reduce the number of illegal abortions in Uruguay, Congressman Ivan Posada of the center-left Independent Party told his fellow lawmakers Tuesday. Posada wrote the measure and is expected to provide a key 50th vote against the opposition of 49 other lawmakers.

"They talk of 30,000 a year, a hypothetical number, but whatever the number is, it's quite dramatic for a country where 47,000 children are born each year," Posada explained earlier in an Associated Press interview.

A poll this month showed 52 percent of Uruguayans would vote to legalize abortion if the question were put to the people, while 34 percent would vote against it. The survey of 802 people nationwide by the CIFRA consulting firm had a 3.4 percentage point margin of error.

Compromises include requiring women seeking abortions to justify their request before a panel of at least three professionals — a gynecologist, psychologist and social worker — and listen to advice about alternatives including adoption and support services if should she decide to keep the baby.

Then, she must wait five more days "to reflect" on the consequences before the procedure.

"It's important that the woman who decides to have an abortion attend this meeting where she will be informed, where they'll explain all the options including alternatives that she is free to choose from," Posada told the AP.

The review panel should obtain the father's point of view, but only if the woman agrees. Women under 18 must show parental consent, but they can seek approval from a judge instead if they're unwilling or unable to involve their parents in the decision.

The measure also allows entire private health care institutions, as well as individual health care providers, to decline to perform abortions.

Such requirements raised objections from Amnesty International and other groups, which say layers of bureaucracy will create barriers and delay abortions until more than 12 weeks have passed, thus forcing women and health care providers into criminal territory.

"This is not the law for which we fought for more than 25 years," complained Marta Agunin, who directs Women and Health, a non-governmental organization in Uruguay.

Also opposed are Uruguay's Catholic and evangelical institutions, which along with public hospitals provide much of the available health care in Uruguay.

A statement from Uruguay's Catholic University says it makes no sense to punish a woman for killing a fetus that is 12 weeks and 1 day old, but to decriminalize abortions before then. Conservatives also object to the removal of a proposal to require the father's consent before any abortion.

Cuba, which decriminalizes abortions in the first 10 weeks of pregnancy, is the only country in Latin America where legal abortion is common. Argentina and Colombia allow it only in cases of rape or when the mother's life is endangered. Colombia also allows it when there is proof of fetal malformation. Mexico City has legalized first-trimester abortions, but there are restrictions in most other parts of the country.

Many countries ban abortions under any conditions.

Uruguay's lawmakers have no desire to make their country a destination for women from other countries seeking abortions. The measure says only Uruguayan citizens and women who can prove at least one year's residency can apply. "This is a solution for those who live here, not that Uruguay becomes a place that attracts people from other countries for this procedure," Posada told the AP.

Opposition Deputy Javier Garcia of the center-right National Party accused lawmakers of treating living embryos as if they were "disposable," which he equated with murder.

The margin for the law was razor-thin on Tuesday after Deputy Andres Lima of the ruling Broad Front coalition said he would refuse to vote. With Posada joining the coalition, the measure appeared headed for passage by a 50-49 vote margin.

Dr. Marie Gonzalez, bioethicist at the University of the Republic, called the measure "evil" and vowed to work to persuade her fellow gynecologists to refuse to perform the procedure if it becomes law.

"The embryo-fetus is a human being, and as such has rights, like the human right to live," she said.

"... I want to define life for you - not biological life, but spiritual life. So for all those intellectuals, just hold on, for many won't like this. Spiritual life, as measured by Spirit, is when a Human has free choice. When is that? It's when they take their first breath. Not in utero. There will be those who will say, "That's wrong, that's wrong. The soul in the woman's body is alive!" Just wait. I'm talking about spiritually. That which Spirit sees, and it's when you come from the other side of the veil and take your first breath.

A child with the mother has no free choice. That child is linked to the choice of the mother until it is born. It is, indeed, a soul in preparation for free choice, and there are many attributes that are spiritual that we have discussed before about how that soul reacts. But now I'm discussing life with polarity [duality], free choice.

But let's discuss that "child inside" for a moment, for there is a process I want you to know about. I want to talk about 240 days into the pregnancy. At about that time, the child has perfect DNA. It hasn't taken its first breath. The DNA hasn't measured the energy of the planet yet, since it is contained. Did you realize that? Inside the womb is a perfect child. The child's DNA has all the attributes of the Akash and also the parent, but it's different in a way you have not been told. The DNA is 100% as designed.

The quantum instructions within the DNA are all talking to the biology of the child,, getting ready for the first breath. ..."

Jakarta  (ANTARA) - The government should conclude bilateral agreements with countries that use Indonesian migrant workers regarding the latter`s rights and obligations, a non-governmental organization (NGO) said.

"Such agreements will provide protection for our migrant workers abroad and prevent violation of their rights," Nur Harsono, an activist of Migrant Care, said here on Tuesday.

Harsono made the statement in response to reports that a number of Indonesian workers abroad were facing various legal charges for criminal acts and heavy violations such as homicide and drugs.

About the 23 Indonesians in Saudi Arabia and around 300 more in Malaysia who were facing the death sentence, he said the government needed to actively conduct lobbies to obtain forgiveness or reduction of the their sentences.

Earlier, President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono in his annual state address said the government had formed a task force specifically undertaking the crucial diplomatic missions to defend Indonesian workers involved in legal cases abroad.

"Thank God, despite the highly-challenging nature of the mission, since every country possesses its own system of justice, our efforts have come to show some results. A number of Indonesian citizens facing death penalty have been granted forgiveness and sentence reductions," he said.

Learning from the experiences and lessons, he said, onward the supervision towards the preparation and dispatching of Indonesian workers by the private employment recruitment agencies (PPTKIS) would be constricted in order to ensure that the workers about to be dispatched had thoroughly comprehend the law, rules and norms applied in the destination country.

In relation to bilateral agreement with destination countries, the president said the government continues to work on diplomacy and negotiation with the government of the friendly countries, so that through the right MoU, Indonesia Work Forces could truly receive a good protection and assurance of their rights as well as their justice.

He added current policy to halt the dispatch of Indonesian workers to Saudi Arabia was also aimed to increase protection and right-assurance of the work force abroad.

"Truth to be told, the decision is in line with the acceleration and broadening of Indonesia`s economic development that we will undertake within the next 15 years, we hope there will be more job opportunities at home so that our brothers and sister will no longer have to work in informal sectors and become maids abroad. This is very important as it has to do with our dignity and self esteem as a nation," he said.

Papua believed to be human traffickers` market : minister

Antara News, Wednesday, January 5, 2011

Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Women`s Empowerment and Children`s Protection Minister Linda Amalia Sari said here Tuesday there were indications that Papua and West Papua were a human trafficking market.

"There are indications that Papua and West Papua have become a destination for victims of human trafficking ," said Linda who is also executive chairperson of the government`s Human Trafficking Handling and Prevention Task Force in an expose of her ministry`s work programs in 2011.

She said her ministry was making an effort to further investigate the indications and find out the truth. "We are going to folow up the clues on human trafficking victims in Papua," she added.

Based on preliminary data her ministry had received, Papua and West Papua were thriving markets for human traffickers.

"According to preliminary reports, many underage women from other parts of the country have been brought to Papua and West Papua to work as waitresses and possibly as commercial sex workers," she said.

She said she was planning to set up branches of the Human Trafficking Hand;ing and Prevention Task Force in all cities and districts in Papua and West Papua.

At present such Task Force branches already existed in 20 provinces and 70 districts across Indonesia.

Thousands jobless due to Bromo volcanic ash rains

Antara News, Tuesday, December 28, 2010

Surabaya, East Java (ANTARA News) - More than 25,000 villagers in Mount Bromo area, East Java, have been made jobless as a result of volcanic ash rains from the mountain so far.

"Villagers in three sub-districts have been affected by Bromo volcanic ash," head of the local service of natural disaster management, Siswanto, said to ANTARA here on Monday.

After meeting with leaders of the districts of Probolinggo, Lumajang, Pasuruan and Malang he said those who lost jobs were from the agriculture, animal husbandry, tourism service sectors and others.

"Their exact number is still being calculated in each of the districts but aid in the form of 15 kilograms of rice, sugar and sidedish food per person per week has been disributed," he said.

Villagers outside the three sub-districts in the district of Probolinggo will be employed to functionalize transportation routes and water ways clogged by volcanic ash so far, he said.

"If the budget is still too short, we have already prepared a budget for 2011 as support. What is clear is the emergency response is focussed on people," he said.

ANTARA learned in Pasuruan volcanic ash spewed by Mount Bromo has crippled tourist industry in the region.

The volcanic ash has damaged infrastructures in the tourism areas.

The Penanjakan pass in Pasuruan which is the destination of tourists has been covered with ash up to 10 to 15 centimeter thick making the branches of the trees broken and some trees have even been unrooted.

A power outage once occured in Penanjakan and some villages in Sukapura, Probolinggo while many roads had been covered with ash making them slippery when rain comes.

The sea sand in the Bromo caldera is still closed practically making Bromo tourism activities along the way from Probolinggo crippled.

Many Indonesian researchers move to Malaysia

Antara News, Sunday, September 19, 2010 17:58 WIB

Jakarta (ANTARA News) - Member of the House of Representatives (DPR)`s Commission X dealing with education Angelina Sondakh said that many Indonesian researchers had moved to Malaysia.

"The only way to solve the problem is to increase the budget for research and improve the welfare of researchers," the legislator from the Democrat Party told Antara here Saturday night.

Angelina said welfare was one of the causes of researchers moving to Malaysia where they would earn much more.

"I will try to increase the research budget as it has been reduced by routine budgeting especially at the Higher Learning Directorate" she said.

The one-time Miss Indonesia said the researchers are very important to Indonesia as they are highly-qualified human resources expected to accelerate the process of national reform.

"(We) are very concerned over the fact that so many research work had not been completed due to the lack of funds. Research need to be completed and the results should be followed up for public and commercial purposes," she said.

Angelina would invite her colleagues at the Commission X of different factions to fight for the improvement of researchers` welfare and the increase in budget for research purposes.

First Lady tells regions to aspire to Tangerang

Multa Fidrus, The Jakarta Post, Tangerang | Tue, 05/04/2010 4:56 PM |

First Lady Kristiani Yudhoyono told all regional administrations to learn from Tangerang municipality, which is now prioritizing the development of health infrastructure to improve the quality of its human resources.

“We all know that the basic development of society rests on health," Ani said in her inauguration speech of 120 newly built integrated health posts in Kelapa Dua subdistrict, Tangerang municipality on Tuesday.

Also present at the ceremony were a number of Cabinet ministers' wives, Banten deputy governor HM. Masduki, Tangerang Mayor Wahidin Halim, deputy mayor Arief R Wismansyah and the municipal councilors.

“Tangerang municipality has been able to build more than 100 health posts all at once out of its own budget. This a big achievement. The administration's health policy should be a model of national commitment to health. I am so proud of this,” Ani said.

Wahidin said the administration spent Rp 20 billion from the 2009 budget to build 120 health posts simultaneously.

“We have a total of 1,100 health posts spreading out in every community unit in 13 districts across the municipality. Most of them are in a poor condition. Therefore, in line with the 2009-2014 developmental vision and mission we aim to build 1,000 more health posts,” he said.

The administration also provided Rp 6 million in incentives to each center from the annual budget to support their operations.

Govt drafting bill on health workers

The Jakarta Post, Jakarta | Sun, 11/29/2009 12:08 PM

A Must for Indonesian Doctors to Work in Remote Areas (KOMPAS/LUCKY PRANSISKA)

The government is drafting a bill that will help address shortage of health workers in remote areas, a minister says.

Health Minister Endang Rahayu Sedyaningsih told Antara on Saturday the bill on health workers would offer special facilities to doctors, specialists and other medical workers who are willing to serve in remote and disadvantaged regions.

The special treatment includes extra allowance, facilities to pursue further study and admission to the civil servants corps.

Endang said the bill, if passed into law, would solve the long-standing problem of poor access to health care facing people in less developed areas.

In the short run, the government will send 130 reinforcement health workers to a number of remote areas across the country, Endang said. The government will also assign senior resident doctors who are at the final stage of their specialist education to serve in hospitals in isolated regions.

Japan to accept up to 500 Indonesian healthcare workers in Fy 2010

Antara News, Wednesday, November 25, 2009 13:37 WIB

Tokyo (ANTARA News/Kyodo) - Japan will accept up to 500 healthcare workers in fiscal 2010 starting April 1 under an economic partnership agreement, the health ministry said Tuesday.

Japan informed the Indonesian government of the decision the same day, said officials at the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. The quota breaks down into 200 nurses and 300 caregivers.

In the 2008 and 2009 fiscal years, Japan set the quota at 1,000 and accepted 570 healthcare workers from Indonesia -- 277 nurses and 293 caregivers.

Japan International Corp. of Welfare Services, a health ministry affiliate, will recruit hospitals and nursing care facilities from across Japan that are willing to accept the Indonesian healthcare workers, the officials said.

Under a similar agreement with the Philippines, Japan has accepted Filipino nurses and caregivers.

Govt to withdraw workers from Middle Eastern countries

The Jakarta Post | Mon, 11/02/2009 7:53 PM

The Manpower and Transmigration Ministry will withdraw thousands of workers working in Middle Eastern countries following unpaid salary and torture cases involving the employees in the near future.

Minister Muhaimin Iskandar said Monday that his office would withdraw 1,750 migrant workers in Kuwait, Jeddah and Jordan.

“We will send special planes to pick them up on Nov. 9. We will then close down the workers supply office in Kuwait,” Muhamin told Antara state news agency Monday in Sleman, Yogyakarta.

He added that those who would return home were the victims of violence from their own employers and living in such low qualified standard of lives.

“We are focusing to improve our system in recruiting the workers and ensuring their protection in the countries they work in,” he said. (ewd)

Maids call for fair treatment, protection

The Jakarta Post, Jakarta | Sun, 02/15/2009 12:36 PM

Hundreds of members of the National Advocacy Alliance for Domestic Workers (JALA PRT) staged a rally at the Hotel Indonesia traffic circle Sunday morning.

The participants called for legal protection and equal treatment as members of the workforce.

"Low and unpaid wages, long working hours and domestic violence are ongoing issues that have yet to be regulated by law," JALA PRT coordinator Lita Anggraini said, as quoted by kompas.com.

She said the government should take bolder actions to protect domestic workers especially after the extensively reported death of one maid, Sunarsih, in 2001 and the fact that abuse within housholds remains a chronic problem.

The rally was also held in commemoration of Maid Day (Hari PRT) which falls on Feb. 15. The date, Anggraini said, was chosen in memory of Sunarsih.

"We want the government to adopt Feb. 15 as a national day," she added.

Anggraini said further the organization will present a draft bill on domestic workers to the House of Representatives next week.

"This bill ... is a call for society to acknowledge, appreciate and protect maids," she said, adding the bill contained specific articles on protection, rights and responsibilities, including an appeal for instituting a maximum six-day work week. (amr)
