We would like to delve a little further into the recent energetic upgrades you have all been through. And, as we mentioned earlier, these missives of information are not only affecting you, but they will continue to affect everyone around you in one way or the other. As you are all well versed in these phenomena by now, you are all very familiar with the effects this will have on your physical setup, in the way of nausea, aches and pains. For some, this will seem to have intensified lately, while for others, these waves seem to subside as fast as they arrive. However, there might be a way to lessen your symptoms somewhat. But in order for us to explain this, we need to go back to the actual effect of all of these missives, and the reason for them being beamed into you in the first place.

For as you know, they are not set up in order to make you feel weak and unable to function, but to many, this will seem to be the only effect they have, and so all of this will be looked upon as nothing more than a nuisance and a bother. However, underneath all of this creaking and groaning from your body, there is something far more interesting going on. But again, the symptoms from it will mask this very well unless you are able to tune into the inner layer as it were, and disregard all of these signals of distress. For even if your body will sound and feel like it is very perturbed and even irritated, it is in fact going full steam ahead with these waves of informational energy, and it is doing its best to keep going ahead every time it gets some new ”orders” from this information. For this is not only about ”retuning”, this is in fact all about ”rebuilding” yourself, and much of this work is going on in your neural pathways. For the whole command structure to call it that, or rather, your communication structure, is what is getting a huge tune up these days, and as such, the usual pathways of information that you already have within are apt to be more than a little confused, hence, the symptoms of irritation and distress.

Let us explain. As you know, the physical body you inhabit is a very complex structure indeed, and not even your scientists have figured out a way to completely explain every process that is going on within you in detail. For this whole structure is infinitely more complex than any structure you yourselves have constructed, and even the most advanced kind of your computers is no match for the intelligence you have in just one single cell of your body. For just within that single cell, there is so much information stored and so many complex processes going on at all times, it is enough to keep many a scientists busy trying to figure it all out. And in between them, the billions of cells in your body have so many stories to tell, not only about each and every individual, but most of all about the way they all talk to each other. For remember, there is a huge conversation going on within you each and every day, as not one single cell in your body is working alone. They are all a part of this immense fine-tuned orchestra, and they need to connect so that they can stay fine-tuned at all times, no matter what external circumstances that might arise. For remember, you live a very complex life in a very complex world, and as such, the signals that enter your body in so many ways will all add their voice to this internal choir. So yes, you are walking around within something that is truly a marvel, and now, this marvel will only increase as your body is going through such a metamorphosis it will be hard to comprehend.

You have perhaps all heard about how a human brain uses only a small percentage of its capacity. Well, not only is your brain starting to unfold its full abilities now, but also the rest of your body. And what this will entail, is this; you are not only becoming more ”intelligent” in your mental capacity, as in being able to access fields of knowledge and feats of abilities hidden up until now, now your physical body will start to do the same. In other words, this inner dialogue will increase in not only speed, but also in complexity to a level that far surpasses the old one. And what will this mean? This will simply mean that your body will be far, far better to respond and adjust to anything that might arise, and it will in effect become super adept at fixing itself and at keeping itself in ”ship shape” as they say, in a manner that far surpasses the mode it has been in up until now.

In addition, the more immaterial part of you, that is the YOU that inhabits this outer physical layer, will become capable of literally having a conversation with this physical layer in way that simply was not possible before. Remember, the two of you are literally a ”match made in heaven” as we have talked about earlier, and now, you will be able to start to understand what we mean by that. For as the higher aspects of you have now started to literally ”move in ” to this physical body, the two of you need to get to know each other, and so, you have to start to have a conversation. And what do we mean by that? We literally mean that YOU have to start to talk to your body, and your body will also have to learn to listen to you. Remember, we have talked much about the importance of heeding the signals your body is giving you, but now, your body also needs to start to listen to your wisdom.

We hasten to add that this does not in any way mean that you must completely disregard any signals of distress your body is giving you. No, what we mean by this is that you need to talk to your body about it. And yes, we do mean that in a very literal way. For remember, your body is also very new to this, as it has been used to function in the same way forever. But now, when so many new pathways and possibilities start to open, they can be easy to overlook, also for your body. So that is why we describe this as a teamwork to be carried out both by YOU and by your body, and in order for this to start to take place, the two of you need to start to communicate even more.

And this brings us back to where we started, namely the physical manifestations from all of these energetic downloads in the form of symptoms that will arise. Remember, the body has in many ways been programmed to react in a certain way to stimuli, and it will continue to do so even when the opportunity arises to react in a brand new way. For that is how this physical vehicle has been set up. In order to optimize the output, it has learned to make use of patterns, as in setting up a sequence of actions that will be followed automatically every time something is instigated, either by will or as a rule. In other words, your body will conserve energy by setting up loops that will come into effect every time a similar situation arises. That is how you ”learn” the things you do in your life, like walking, talking, writing – anything that is habitual. It is a set pattern, and the same setup of cells are set into motion automatically.  But now, you have all been given access to a whole new set of possibilities, so you and your body must in effect ”retrain” yourselves to respond in a new way. We do not mean that you need to start from scratch as it were in everything, but you must realize that this means that there are many set patterns within your body that needs to be reassessed. And to start with the easiest one, we suggest you start with the notion that every time the energies increases, your body will ”need” to react in a certain way, whether that be with headaches, back aches, nausea or what have you.

It might sound complicated, but we suggest you do it the easy way by literally TALKING to your body. You might choose to do this silently, or you might choose to say it out loud, but what we suggest you do, is simply to start having a conversation with your body. And no, it is not in the form of criticism or rebuke, that is not a good idea. Remember, your body only wants what is good for you, and we do mean that in every sense of the word. Your body is doing all it can to protect the YOU within, and as such, every action it takes is taken with a good intention. The effects it will have may not always be positive, as you all know. However, now the time has come for you to ”sit down with your body” and give it some pep talk. It might sound strange, ridiculous even, but trust us, it will have some rather interesting effects.

Remember, the body is your ally, not your enemy, so even if the signals it is sending out may be more than a little irritating, even debilitating for some, it is no good to attack it for it. Rather, you must show it you understand the reason for it, perhaps even thank it for all it has done for you. After all, it is the only reason you can even be here in the first place, for without this physical body, you would not be able to be here and do the work that you do. So try to do this, even if it might seem silly, and see what happens. For now, you can tell your body that it can ”let down the guard ”a little bit. It does not need to go all crazy on you every time it senses a change in the energies, and you can tell it just that.

Again, this is not about disregarding all signals of distress that may arise, for not all of them are related to this ”energetic distress”, so always remember to pay attention to what your body is trying to tell you. But the lesson for today is this: the next time your body starts to ring the ”energetic alarmbells”, just talk to it and tell it that it does not need to do this any more. It can relax a little bit, and even if ”things” feel strange and unusual to the body because all of these new ”pathways” opening up, it does not need to be afraid. It is safe, and YOU are safe, and together, the two of you will become infinitely stronger than ever before. For not only will YOU become the one you truly are, your body is also evolving into something even more intelligent and capable than before. So again we say, you are truly a match made in heaven, and now, the time has come to start to play the new game of BEing one also with your physical body.

Now we get to the core truth, don't we? So I will tell you. The ninety percent of DNA which is quantum, is filled with information, both esoteric and timeless. It is a quantum blueprint for everything you are and have been since you arrived on the planet the first time. DNA contains instruction sets for your life; everything from your full Akashic Record - every single lifetime you have had - to the benevolent creator's fingerprint within the seeds of creation itself. Every single talent you ever had is there, even if you don't have any of those today... the record is there. Every predisposition of weakness and strength are there. Biologically, every single instruction to every single stem cell is there. . ..."

Humanity is stuck in the 3D portion of their biological thinking. In your 3-D life, you simply accept the chemistry you're given. You act as though the three percent gene producing part is all there is. You believe it is a chemical protocol that is unchangeable and simply "you." You don't see it for the way it's designed. It's dynamic and always has been. It's not set, but will continue to simply repeat what it does unless there is another quantum influence on it.

Therefore you live with the 3 percent as though it were all there is, and since it just "came with your body" and seems to control everything, you never talk to it. Many of you come in with pre-dispositions based upon the karma which is put upon you from your past lives. You don't come in clean [without karmic energy]. Instead, you arrive with pre-dispositions, fears and phobias. Some are positive. Perhaps you come in as a prodigy continuing your last life... the 8-year-old who can paint like a master and do brushstrokes that take 30 years to develop. What does that tell you about what must be in the DNA?

Perhaps you come in as the composer, the pianist, the prodigy, the violinist, just waiting until your hands can go on the fingerboard or can reach up and fret the notes. Perhaps you come in knowing how to play the piano, just waiting for your hands to get big enough to do what you used to do... without any lessons. How do you explain that, dear ones? The answer is that all this is contained in the dynamic quantum instruction sets of your DNA... the part you never talk to it. .."

Albinos struggle for love

Because they are “whites” born of black parents, albinos face discrimination every day and struggle to find love.

Every Sunday, a dozen albinos get together to sing in a neighbourhood of Yaoundé, Cameroon’s capital. For them, singing is a form of therapy that helps them cope with the stigma they face.

“I experience stigmatisation every single day of my life. When I take a taxi, at the market and in all public places, people give me strange looks. Some poke fun at me with phrases like: ‘the white girl with cat’s eyes’,” says Nelly Kemezong, a 24-year-old albino woman.

Curse

Emmanuel Koum, 29, explains that it's extremely difficult him to find a girlfriend: “I’ve met a few girls who told me that their families are against them dating an albino. In fact, in most families, the idea of anyone having an albino partner is hard to accept”, he says.

Emmanuel explains that “in some cultures, being albino is considered a bad omen or a curse. So people tend to believe that someone who gets married to or who even dates an albino will never be happy. The family will try to do everything they can to destroy the relationship.”

Not enterprising

What is most surprising is that albinos themselves practice discrimination against other albinos.

“I don’t want to marry an albino man. I’ve never loved one. Albino men are too soft, too passive and not enterprising enough”, Nelly explains.

“As an albino, I’ve had many problems both with my health and in my social life. If I marry another albino, our children will be albinos, and it will only add to these problems and perpetrate the albino race”, adds Sylvie Nana, another albino woman.

Emmanuel Koum who mentors many young albinos, says their lack of drive has psychological roots. “Some albinos anticipate the social stigmatisation and prefer not to fall in love to avoid disappointment”, he reveals.

No love life

Because of the stigma, very few young albinos manage to have a love life. Nelly has been in a relationship for the past few months. Her boyfriend is African and all is well. Emmanuel, on the other hand, is single like half of the young members of the singing group. 

His plea: “Albinism is not a curse. It’s only a biological anomaly. It doesn't affect a person’s emotions, abilities or intelligence. It only affects the colour of their skin. So let’s stop the stigmatisation and allow albinos to have a normal life like everyone else.”

Often what happens live has implied energy within it, which carries a kind of communication that the printed page does not. So enjoy this enhanced message given in Melbourne, Australia 2012.

Greetings, dear ones, I am Kryon of Magnetic Service. The family before me is known and I will say it yet again, that there is no mystery about who sits here and who may be listening or eventually who may be reading. It comes together in a timeless state, which is not the reality that you share at this moment. It's a reality that I have of a timeless place in a quantum state filled with the potentials of those I know who will hear and read this message. So, although it may seem for you in the room to be now, it is all now for me.

I wish I could take you back several thousand years. Slowly, as the time goes backwards, the buildings would disappear and everything would be reduced to dirt, and the indigenous would show themselves. If you took a look at what the indigenous were doing then, they had two things that they emphasized and two things that occupied all that was important to them. The first was the honoring of their ancestors, and the second was the honoring of Gaia.

The energies of the indigenous were focused on the land, but not just a land that would give them water or food, but the actual energy of the dirt of the earth. Many of you know of what I speak if you have studied their lives. It is no different from the indigenous all over Earth, for this was intuitive that Gaia is the energy of what you would call Mother Earth, and it was aligned with humanity in a society that was not nearly as complex as yours is now. Instead, they experienced the overwhelming energies of being in alliance with the planet and with those ancestors who had gone before.

I tell you this because the object of the lesson this day is how that alliance is still alive and changing. You may not see as they did, but the alliance is still there and it's there in ways that are mysterious to you. I'm going to help clear this up, and describe the system and how it all works. So do not be shocked or surprised if I start at the molecular level of the Human Being. I have to, for therein lie the mysteries.

The Connection Between Gaia and the Human

Here is the premise, dear ones: "As goes consciousness, goes Gaia. As goes Gaia, goes DNA." There is a partnership involved that is more than you think. The indigenous did not pray for rain. They did not pray for good crops and did not worship any deity. In their reality, they felt the planet and they knew that it was part of them. It was all there was. So they were always one with the planet, and the appearance of rain and crops were an alliance with Gaia, and they used ceremonies of alignment, not prayers of asking. If they didn't get what they wanted, they knew they were out of alignment. You are missing that attribute today, but the process of this alignment is still alive and it still works.

Let us speak of DNA yet again. The DNA molecule sits there and is unique. It is unique to all things, for there is a complement of divinity in it that the animals do not have. There are certain animals that have so many things - there are even animals designed to reincarnate, specific ones that do so for you as Humans. Yet they do not have souls as you, and they do not have the divine spark that you do. Their cycle is a cycle of love to support you.

The Reincarnation of Pets - A Gaia System

I speak now of something that I rarely speak of and you should know this: All of the systems of the planet revolve around you. This is a support system for Human Beings to make their lives easier and better as Gaia responds to what they give it. If you love an animal, you probably are aware that the animal's life is short - too short. Let me give you some information, and if you believe that this channelling is real, then believe this: Those animals that you fall in love with will come back to you. The very soul continues the love affair and, if you want to, it is there for you to find again - and that is a compassionate support system that honors that divinity inside a Human. Did you know that in your DNA is a quantum attribute that we have discussed for many years? My partner spoke of it just yesterday.

DNA Has a Quantum Field

Science is starting to see that it is it possible that the DNA molecule has attributes that actually give information to the spin of quantum structure in the Universe. So this means that DNA is a quantum engine. But now I wish to expand that picture for you, for DNA does not sit alone. It is a family, and in the Human body that family is more than 100 trillion strong in one Human Being. But you have the puzzle before you that science has never even looked at: How does DNA all "know" together? At the moment, science does not even see the need to study communication between DNA molecules. They haven't seen the field yet; they haven't seen the structure yet; and they haven't seen the shadows yet. [From Lee: The "shadows of the atom" were discovered one month after this channelling.]

DNA must work together in the Human body for the intelligence of what we call the innate of the Human body to function. All of DNA must work as one. From the top of your head to your toes, these molecules must act as one set of instructions. This is unique information, and there is no other Human Being on the planet that has your DNA. Therefore, you must acknowledge that there is something that must happen within your body that connects all DNA together. Otherwise, you could not function.

There must be communication between DNA molecules. This is where the genes are produced, and this is where the information is that is your Higher-Self. This is the Akashic Record and it must all vibrate together as one, trillions of parts as one. So we say it to you, for physicists to see, and for them to understand finally that the Human Being has DNA that is in an entangled state (*). That is to say it is locked into one state and the parts behave as one.

The Entangled DNA of the Human Body

There is an attribute of physics that has not been seen or discussed yet and I give it here for the first time so you will understand a little bit more about how it works. But more than that, when it is discovered you will remember where you heard it. If you have multiple quantum fields around molecules, that means that they must overlap. So the fields overlap one another and you already have the science that shows you what happens - multiple overlapping magnetic fields occur. Magnetics is a quantum energy, so the results of the DNA are similar. There's magic that takes place, which even science does not understand, called inductance. In your everyday life, you see this when you look at the magnetic field of the sun, which is called the heliosphere (solar wind), interfering with the magnetic field of the earth, which is the magnetic grid. You get sparks! The Aurora Borealis. That is what happens when magnetic fields overlap. In this state, information is transmitted, and in electronics this attribute is well known and used every day.

Now, if you were then to have not a magnetic field, but a quantum field around every molecule, I will tell you that you don't get sparks, you get a designer entangled state. Overlapping quantum fields are attributes that have not yet been studied, recognized, or measured. When they do, they will see the mechanics of an entangled state that then creates an overall field that is much larger around the Human Being. What might be in that field around the Human Being, which is measured at 8 meters wide? And, has it ever been seen? The answer is yes! You'll find it in your scriptures, the old ones in Second Kings [Holy Bible]. For again we say it was Elisha who saw the master Elijah ascend of his own will, and on the ground his field glowed. It illuminated and he left the planet in a bubble of light, a vehicle that took him. Elisha named the vehicle (in Hebrew), which means "to ride." It became the Merkabah. So now you have a name for it, and one that is recognized not only by the ancients in spiritual lands, but also to this day by those who see it with second sight. It is the quantum field of the Human Being - the Merkabah.

So the Merkabah is really a quantum field, and this field is filled with information. The information that it is filled with seems to be non-structured to you, but it actually is quite structured as we see it. It is the matrix of the templates of the Human Being himself, and it is ready and waiting to be altered by another quantum field, and that field is called consciousness. Now I haven't mentioned Gaia yet, have I? All of this is leading up to tell you something that I have only hinted at before on how it works.

So there sits the Human Being with all of this intact, which you can't see, that we just tell you about. Intangible, unmeasurable things are laughed at by science. Fields around humans? Next time a scientist starts to walk away from you, ask him for his compassion meter or his anxiety meter or his love meter. What? He doesn't have one? Does that mean none of those chemistry-altering emotions exist? No. Not only do they exist, but yes, they also can be measured, but not yet. Perhaps in the near future, the "what can't be measured, can't exist" paradigm will change.

The Human Quantum Field and the Innate System

Around every single Human Being is a beautiful field that some have even called magic, for in this field is your Akashic Record, and even the attributes of your Higher-Self (soul). It echoes what's inside the DNA molecule itself, and if you had quantum eyes you could look at a Human and read who they were, and who they used to be, and what their issues are. You would see what we would call the innate of the Human Being, the very intelligence of cellular structure. There are those in the room who have that sight, and they are what you would call medical intuitives, past life readers, and more. Healers in this room depend upon this second sight, and they see it around the Human Being. It is no mystery. It's not magic; it's science. I still haven't mentioned Gaia yet, have I? I'm getting there.

The innate of the Human Being is the bridge between the intelligence of your cellular structure (and your DNA) and your 3D Human consciousness. There are those in the room that practice something called kinesiology. Now, kinesiology is a way to talk to innate. The Human Being is smart, but oddly enough, still not smart enough to know what is going on in his own body. We have said it before, and it's a mystery, isn't it? You can have a disease growing in your body right now, yet you're just smiling and having no idea about it until it hurts. Isn't that odd? But innate knows it at the outset.

You might have to use muscle testing (kinesiology) in order to find out what you're allergic to or what's going on in your system - a yes or no process. Isn't it interesting that you have to go through that process to discover what is happening in your own body? So you might say to yourself, "Maybe something is missing? We should be able to know what is happening in our own cellular structure!" You'd be right. Indeed, there should be a bridge between all that information, which is quantum, and your consciousness. You'd be right. I haven't mentioned Gaia yet, have I? And here's where it gets good.

Gaia Energy is Driven by Humanity

Gaia cooperates with humanity. Gaia is always measuring the attributes of group humanity. When there were only a few Human Beings on the planet and when they were in touch with Gaia, Gaia responded. So did your DNA. It took its cue from Gaia in how well it worked. DNA, which is the blueprint of a Human, is designed to work with Gaia, and Gaia is designed to be reactive to Human consciousness. They are a closed system, and one always affects the other.

DNA is designed to give the Human Being a very long life and is also designed for full rejuvenation and self-healing. DNA is designed so that the bridge between you and the innate is always there. Yet that's not the way it is, is it? You've heard of those Human Beings of old who lived a great distance of years? Was that a misprint in scripture? No. So what allowed some Human Beings to actually have more health years back then than now? Was that true about their ages? I will tell you: Yes, it was, and here's why. The field around you and others is so aligned with Gaia that you cooperate and shift according to one another. It's what the ancients knew, and it is why they were one with the planet. This is something that you are going to start discovering as well.

Gaia takes its cue from Human consciousness for the energy to create on the planet. We have told you that for 22 years. It also goes the other way, for your DNA as a whole responds to something called the Crystalline Grid of the planet. It's an esoteric "memory grid" and is the stored energy and events of humanity. We've given you teachings about the Crystalline Grid before, but you might say it is a shell around the dirt of the earth that is not seen but that holds all of the energies and history of anyone who has ever lived on the planet. When you are born, and at your first breath, the quantum field of your humanness looks at the Crystalline Grid and adjusts its efficiency for the energy of the planet. This energy is what humanity has been created in in the time it has been here.

Right now, the energy on this planet is filled with millenniums of war, old energy fighting, machismo, and intolerance. This, then, is what the DNA adjusts to at your birth. Whereas you are designed for 100 percent DNA efficiency, right now it's at 30 percent. And that, dear one, is what is changing, for the DNA is now starting to operate at a higher efficiency because there's a consciousness shift going on. You're seeing it first, of course, with the ones who are currently being born. At their first breath, they're now at 35 percent, and this translates into a Human Being that is far more aware and more conceptual at a far earlier age. It's almost as though they have an instinctual awareness of overall Humanism, instead of having to learn it all over again, as you did.

We have told you about these new children, and that is why your children are so unusual and you know they are. Many in the audience who have grandchildren are really seeing it; the kids are different. So you might say, "Well it's too bad that we can't do that ourselves, raise our DNA efficiency." Well, you can! For the energy of the planet is alert and ready to send the signal to the old soul who starts to understand that they can change their own fields through the templates that float in them, through consciousness, pure intent, and through that which is compassion. You can change the quantum "print" of DNA with compassion! We have said that from the beginning, so let me summarize this in simple words that are not scientific. Go slow, my partner. New DNA Adjustment to New Gaia Energy

You're DNA adjusts itself for what has happened on the earth when you're born. It has created a reality for you that you call Human Nature. The earth changes, the Crystalline Grid is actually lifting the veil slightly, and your DNA is starting to respond. The first response will be seen within your children, and they are already coming in with a different conceptual Human attribute. They don't think in the same linear fashion you do. Have you noticed?

This is going to change more and more as time goes by. Eventually, there will be a much more efficient DNA that creates the missing bridge between the innate and the normal Human brain. That means that you will have more intuitive thoughts about what is wrong and right within your own cellular structure. Some of you will discover different eating habits for the first time, and you'll be tuned in to a cellular structure that says, "If I will change this and that, I'm going to live longer." The result will be instinctive eating changes that have no explanation. Innate is starting to communicate.

Habits that you've had for years will start to drop away because your cellular structure will start to help you eliminate them, knowing they don't suit you. Don't be surprised if one of them is overeating and metabolic adjustments to bring your body weight into line without the discomfort of extreme diets. Others are the dropping of substances that you are addicted to, and within that process, an allowance that lets you live much longer.

You will see regeneration of cellular structure that will surprise you. You'll heal faster and you'll know it. You'll start to see a situation where you're less sick than you've ever been in your life. The prevailing 3D wisdom will tell you, "Well, you're older now, so you're going to get sick more." But you won't, and you'll know that something is changing. So what we're saying to you, dear ones, is that you can have the same things that the youngsters have. You will now slowly awaken to a new energy on this planet, which will allow you to live longer. Your DNA is going to start cooperating in a more efficient way. 35 percent? Perhaps even 40 percent, old soul? It's on its way to something far higher.

The prophet Elijah, Jesus, the master Christ, Budda, Mohammad, Paramahansa Yogananda, and many more had DNA working at 90 to 100 percent. All of them chose the way they wished to use it, and you could see it in them and feel it in them. The prophet Elijah chose to leave the planet through an ascended status of his own design and choosing. That's how powerful it is. Jesus the Christ decided to do the same thing in his own way, for the reasons that made sense for those around him, whose DNA was working poorly.

There are energies within the Human Being that are catalysts to enlightenment. One of them is compassion, and you felt it this day, did you not? [speaking of the earlier presentation of the 33 miners story in Chile] It touched your heart. So what would you say was the energy in the room, and what color was it, and how thick was it? Well, many of you would say there was no color at all. Some might ask, "What do you mean by thick, Kryon?"

As you sat there in the chairs, energy sat upon you and you felt your hearts squeezed a little bit. You had empathy for those who got their lives back, and you saw the hearts of relatives filled up to the point of weeping in joy. This is what I speak of - something invisible and yet "thick" with emotion. It is profound what you can create around you that will change lives in the room. Gaia knows you, and every compassionate moment is recorded.

Some of you have come for healing this weekend and I know this. So this would be a very good time to receive it. Those readings are no different, and perhaps you are in the chair for this reason also? There is an entourage here; there is compassion here; there is profundity of old souls here; this is a quantum soup of opportunity, dear one. Why don't you claim it right now - that you're going to rise from that chair of yours and have the seeds planted within you, by your own choice, for the health that you've asked for? Claim the beginning of the healing that you know has always been available, for you are starting to be in touch with the intelligence of your own Merkabah.

Spiritual organizations are filled with miracles. Hospitals are seeing documented results of that which is called spontaneous remission. This is where, suddenly, cellular structure does something that science cannot begin to explain. A total remission of disease occurs, sometimes almost overnight. But I'll tell you what it is: It's DNA temporarily going 100 percent for a moment and cleaning the body of disease. You've seen it, but you just didn't know what it was.

So why don't you do it right now? If you can imagine it, then you can have it. See yourself with pure cellular health. It serves the earth, dear Human Being, for you to live longer than you think you're going to live. We need your light. So why not do it now?

Let all of those in the room join in compassionate consciousness right now in a quantum state that is entangled with all those here and reading, sending the compassion of healing to the ones who need it without even knowing their faces or their names. It's beautiful. Some day you'll see what the ceremony of Human Beings together can do when you all walk out healed! Why not? When you can go to a meeting for half a day and come out younger than you've been - why not? Then you'll start to see all of what I have said today is accurate and true. It is against all logic of prevailing scientific thought, but well within the purview of the love of god.

We leave this place and yet we don't. There'll never be a meeting like this again, with this exact number of souls, with the names that you have, with the Akash you have, so it's a unique meeting much like you are unique. Go from this place different than you came, and know that Kryon does not exist within the Human Being who is sitting on this stage.

Kryon exists in the quantum soup that is God and that walks out with you if you choose. If you choose.

And so it is.

Reported Dutch Euthanasia Cases Rise

AMSTERDAM (AP) -- The number of doctor-assisted suicide cases reported in the Netherlands grew by 559 between the years of 2010 and 2011, a commission says.

Euthanasia was decriminalized in the Netherlands in 2002 for patients who are terminally ill, in great pain, and ask to die.

The Euthanasia Commission, set up by the government, found that doctor-reported cases made up about 2.7 percent of all deaths in the Netherlands in 2011, from 2.3 percent in 2010.

Nicole Visee, the secretary general of the commission, said Wednesday her organization investigates whether doctors followed the law, and she could only speculate about possible reasons for the increase. They might include better reporting by doctors; more deaths from terminal illness, as a result of an aging population; and changes in ethical views.

"... Question Two: What happens when you die?

This is so complicated, but I'm going to divide it into two parts, both spiritual. The death of a Human, which all of you in the room have experienced, is not the end. This is intuitive within you, because you've gone through it before. But the truth of it hides just under the surface. You're not really quite sure what will happen to you, but your intuition tells you it's not the end.

There is no sting in death. Not for you. But for the ones around you, there is. So the first thing I want to tell you about death is that those around you often suffer. Sometimes that is appropriate, for it brings them to their knees, especially when you leave too soon. Sometimes, because of that, they will discover what is inside of them, incredible spiritual solace, and then realize that your death was the catalyst for their enlightenment. Do you understand that process? Sometimes you are partners in this, with agreements in advance for potentials to help each other even through Human death. So it's not something to mourn at all. Often, it's the completion of a beautiful arrangement.

What happens when you die physically? That's easy - you return to the dust of the planet. What more do you want to know? Corporeal? Easy. That's just part of the Gaia process. But let me tell you about the moment of transition. You lose three ounces of something that no one knows about. The three ounces is quantum information. It's the quantum part of your spiritual core, everything that ever was of you, and it doesn't go up, it goes down. It goes back to the Cave of Creation and beyond.

We've told you this before. Part of it also goes to the Crystalline Grid. Some of it even goes to the cetaceans of the earth. There is a system here that allows Gaia to remember your life, and it's stored in the planet. Your spirit comes home, but not your Akashic Record. It stays on the planet because the planet owns it. You have changed the planet by what you've done, but you don't bring it home with you. When you come home, however, we have a party. I've told you that before. Oh, dear one, there's no sting in death. Not your own. You will know it right away, within three days. By then, you are "fully aware" that you're a piece of God. You remember. You hear the music again.

Then soon, you come back here (Earth), and when you do, it's sometimes faster than you've been told, for things are speeding up. Sometimes you come back born into your own family as grandchildren within your same karmic group. That's a process of the Lightworker so that your grandparents can teach you things that only they can teach you.

And when you take your first breath, you pick up something. You pick up all of the soul energy from the Cave of Creation and the Crystalline Grid that you stored there when you left. That is called Akashic inheritance. Artists become artists. Policemen become policemen. It's in your genes. It's in your DNA, who you used to be. Even the proclivities for the things you like and don't like - like food, choices - come in with you from the past Akashic inheritance.

Sometimes the question is asked, "Should I be a vegetarian? What is correct for my body spiritually?" I will tell you what is correct for your body spiritually - the thing that makes sense to you! If you've spent lifetimes in Tibet or India, you're probably craving different foods than that which is in the United States. That's how it works, dear ones. Your body reacts to what it remembers, and if that serves you by not eating meat, then that is what you should do for your health. Do not project it onto your friends, for they have their own Akashic health remembrance. They have their own system that works for them.

Humans love to compartmentalize everything and, therefore, when someone finds something good for them, they wish everybody to do it. Do not criticize others because they don't have your unique remembrance. This also applies to the belief systems of others. The ones who have found God or have found joy in a system that works for them is because they are tuned to it. Perhaps they were the very disciples of the masters! They're tuned to it and they want for everyone what works for them. Much of it has integrity, but it may not be for you.

What happens at death? It's a system - beauty, honor, and you become the piece of God that you know you are. When Elijah ascended, you got to see it through the eyes of Elisha. Elijah turned into a light so bright that Elisha couldn't even look at it. Then it split into parts. Elisha saw the Merkabah, the field around the Human, the chariot that Elijah rode in. He saw it and reported it. What do you think it was? The Human got to see ascension. That's death. ...."

Vancouver researcher finds flu shot is linked to H1N1 illness

A strange vaccine-related phenomenon spotted in Canada at the start of the 2009 flu pandemic may well have been real, a new study suggests.

Researchers, led by Vancouver's Dr. Danuta Skowronski, an influenza expert at the B.C. Centre for Disease Control, noticed in the early weeks of the pandemic that people who got a flu shot for the 2008-09 winter seemed to be more likely to get infected with the pandemic virus than people who hadn't received a flu shot.

Five studies done in several provinces showed the same unsettling results. But initially research outside Canada did not, and the effect was dismissed as a "Canadian problem," a problem with the flu vaccine used in Canada.

But a new study suggests the findings were real.

Skowronski and a group of researchers have recreated the event in ferrets. Their findings were presented Sun-day at the Interscience Conference on Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy, a major international infectious diseases conference taking place in San Francisco.

Skowronski, who outlined the work at a webcast press conference, worked with 32 ferrets, giving half the 2008 seasonal flu shot and the rest a placebo injection. The work was blinded, meaning the researchers didn't know which ferrets received which shot. Later, all the ferrets were infected with the pandemic H1N1 virus.

The ferrets in the vaccine group became significantly sicker than the other animals, though all recovered.

"The findings are consistent with the increased risk that we saw in the human studies," Skowronski said.

The reason is unclear and Skowronski urged other research groups to take up the question. She said it's important to get to the root before the next pandemic. But in the meantime, Skow-ronski insisted the findings should not deter people from getting flu shots.

You're going to catch more colds. Why would that be? But then you're going to heal them quicker - and why would that be? The Human cold has always been a recalibration of the biological process. To catch a cold is needed, and that is why you cannot "cure" it. You must go through it. The common cold is a cyclical opportunity for the immune system to correct itself. Perhaps you didn't know that? That's why you're not going to receive the chemistry to cure the common cold. It's a recalibrating device within you. It builds up the system in a certain way that helps you, and it must be reoccurring. Don't be shocked when you catch one, and say, "Well, I didn't think that would happen because I just got through with the other one." It's recalibration....."

The manuscript of survival – part 173 - (Constant Companions channeled through Aisha North)

Let us begin this missive by saying that the amplitude is once again increasing, and we gather that many of you have already felt this in your very bones. You see, this restructuring of your physical body is certainly being felt in those least flexible parts of you, namely the densest parts of your structure, and as such, you have mayhaps already suffered some rather painful alterations already. This will feel very unpleasant at times, and if these pains occur in parts of your cranium, they might very well be mistaken for something else. Do not fear these movements or shifts dear ones, they can in many ways be likened to the shifts of your continental plates, and as such, this grinding and sliding will be felt all over, but they will certainly not create the same kind of havoc the shifts in your planet’s continental plates incur. So rest assured that all is well, even if your body parts are trying to convince you otherwise.

As usual, this is only growing pain, in the most literal way, and even if the sharpness of the pain can seem to signal something else, this is not harmful at all. Rather, take it as another sign of stepping into your new self, both in a mental and physical way, and as always, the physical part of you is the one that needs more time to adjust. It is also the part that will protest the loudest, because it has been in so many ways ”trained” to avoid any changes at all. But now, it too must literally suffer the consequences of this constant flux of energies, and as such, it will again moan and groan, and we venture to guess that these protests have been louder than usual these last few days.

We will not give you any ”finishing date” on this process as usual, but we will again repeat the fact that the louder the response from your body, the more thorough this process usually is. In other words, do not feel down because of these ”adjustment pains”, but let them come and go, and think of it as another step taken towards that oft-mentioned finishing line. As we have said so many times now, as you approach that line, the pressure will certainly mount, and so too the effects on your physical body at times. Just breathe into it, and do not go into fear and think that anything is amiss. You are being reconstructed according to the original blueprint, and when you see the finished result, you will all agree that it was worth every painful moment along the way.

Once again, the sun has unleashed some of her superpowers, and you will already have felt some of the impact from her emissions. However, that is only the forerunner of this latest installment of energybursts from this, your mighty ally, and she will continue to inject you all with much needed doses of information energy that will help to transport you all to a whole new level of existence. She is indeed a mighty ally in so many ways, and you have only begun to see just how important she is for the future of not only this planet of yours, but for the rest of Creation as well. She is not just another celestial body, she is also the portal through which so much energy is being passed, and all of this information is aimed at you.

It will, as usual, feel unpleasant at times when these waves of high voltage energy will impact with your bodies, but as usual, these bouts of physical distress will only signal another step forwards, or rather, upwards, and as such, do not despair even if you feel more exhausted and unwell than usual. Again, it is only your phyiscal body signalling that it literally needs some ”downtime” to adjust to all of these new frequencies, much like a computer after an update on the software. Remember, you all carry very advanced systems of programming inside, and now you are literally in the midts of a thorough rebooting and upgrading, so do not be surprised if you feel some of the regular systems actually shutting down in order to be able to accomplish it all. This shutting down is done in order to redirect your inherent energy in such a way so it will be most effective whilst this whole reprogramming process is under way, so it is not a cause for alarm if you feel unable to function as normal. Just take it for what it is, namely a much needed overall service on your whole being.

And remember, you are far, far more complex than you mayhaps can understand from the usual information about how a human body should be put together. You are by now something much more advanced than what you will find described in any medical book. In addition, your spirit is becoming more and more settled into your physical body, and it is also bringing in so much more information and abilities than before. In other words, this rather unassuming container you see when you look into the mirror is actually hiding a very complex and ingenious presence, and those looking at you from the outside cannot tell the difference yet. But they will, because all of this amassed intelligence and energy will soon start to be more than apparent to the outside world as well, and then the really interesting times will begin. Because then you will not be able to hide yourselves away any more, not from yourself nor from the rest of the world. And when this truth starts to shine trough in earnest, you will all finally be able to see not only your own brilliance, but you will also finally be able to see all of the other shining souls out there, once and for all confirming the fact that this is no longer a dark place.

We are all eagerly awaiting this day, but as you have mayhaps gathered by now, there are still some more bouts of energy adjustments you need to go through before the light will be turned on with full force within you all. So take care dear ones, and let your body have what it needs in order to be able to assimilate all of this new information coming in. Remember, you are all individuals, and as such, your physical set up will need individual care in order to complete this new round of tune ups. So listen to your body, and it will tell you just what you will need to do in the upcoming days in order to get through this adjustment in the best possible way.
