Flevoland province invests in medical marijuana company

Flevoland provincial council is investing €1.5m in a company which aims to register medicinal marijuana as a medicine against chronic pain, the Financieele Dagblad says on Thursday. 

A full meeting of the council voted in favour of the capital injection on Wednesday night, the paper says. 

The company, Spirocan, is working on a vapourisation system involving cannabis-impregnated pads. That process should be completed next year, when the company will move on to clinical trials on patients, company spokesman Pieter Andre de la Porte told the paper. 

‘Cannabis is already widely used and it is known to work, including via a vapouriser,’ De la Porte said. ‘We are improving something that already exists and that makes the process relatively cheaper and easier.’ 

Many other companies have tried to have cannabis registered as an official medicine and failed, the FD points out. ‘They have tried it with pills and sprays,’ De la Porte said. ‘But that involves more processing and you lose some of the effect. Vapourising is a much more pure form.’ 

The Netherlands first approved medicinal marijuana several years ago and licenced producer Bedrocan is part owner of Spirocan. 

The company says it needs total investment of €10m to develop the vapouriser.

According to local broadcaster Omroep Flevoland, the investment will lead to the creation of several dozen jobs. However, it is not yet clear in which part of the province Spirocan will locate. 

The province earlier gave the company an investment of €150,000.

Researchers under the leadership of the VU University teaching hospital in Amsterdam have developed a technique to test for cancer using a single drop of blood. 

The technology has been tested on six types of cancer and has proved to be ‘very useful’ in early diagnosis, the hospital said in a statement on Thursday. 

The technique successfully identified cancer in 96% of cases, the researchers found. The research has been published in the latest edition of academic journal Cancer Cell. 

The test is still in the experimental phase, but research director Tom Würdinger said he expects it to be available for patients within five years.

‘It is important to detect and treat cancer as soon as possible,’ he said. ‘This new technique… can play a major role in this and hopefully save lives.’

Consumer spending on more ‘sustainable’ food rose 18% last year and now accounts for 7% of the national groceries bill, according to a new economic affairs ministry report. 

In total, consumers spent €2.6bn on more animal and environment friendly foodstuffs, of which €1.1bn went on organic food. This is a rise of 6% on 2013, the report said. 

The rise was biggest – 74% – in the contract catering sector and in cafes and restaurants. 

‘People are increasingly prepared to spend more money on honest and equitable products,’ junior minister Sharon Dijksma said in a statement. ‘That is not only good news for animal welfare and the environment but for all food producers who are making the change.’ 

Sales of fair trade and organic coffee rose 52%, while egg sales were up 40%. There was a slight drop in the sale of more animal friendly meat but this is most likely due to an overall drop in meat consumption, the ministry said.

A 20-year-old transgender has won this year’s Holland’s Next Top Model competition, in what is thought to be the first time a transgender has taken a ‘top model’ title. 

Trainee hairdresser Loiza Lambers, who is 20, won a contract valued at €50,000 with Touché Models in the show’s final. 

Lamers told the Gelderlander at the weekend she had been born a boy named Lucas but kept it secret from the programme makers until she had made it through to the television shows. 

She told the paper she decided to go public with her past because rumours were circulating on internet. American gossip website Perez Hilton described Lambers’ win as an ‘historic moment’

Johan Cruijff confirms lung cancer diagnosis

Dutch football legend Johan Cruijff has lung cancer, his management confirmed on Thursday. 

The cancer was confirmed by a hospital in Barcelona and Cruijff is now undergoing further tests to decide what treatment he should be given. Cruijff, who is 68, has lived in Spain for years. 

Spanish media reported earlier on Thursday that Cruijff was sick and his former club, Barcelona, have wished him well. 

Cruijff had heart trouble in the early 1990s and underwent a bypass operation. He also stopped smoking around that time. 

Having advertised cigarettes when a player, Cruijff took part in an anti-smoking commercial in Catalonia. In the advert, Cruijff said football had given him everything but that smoking had taken almost everything away.

" ... The Shift in Human Nature

You're starting to see integrity change. Awareness recalibrates integrity, and the Human Being who would sit there and take advantage of another Human Being in an old energy would never do it in a new energy. The reason? It will become intuitive, so this is a shift in Human Nature as well, for in the past you have assumed that people take advantage of people first and integrity comes later. That's just ordinary Human nature.

In the past, Human nature expressed within governments worked like this: If you were stronger than the other one, you simply conquered them. If you were strong, it was an invitation to conquer. If you were weak, it was an invitation to be conquered. No one even thought about it. It was the way of things. The bigger you could have your armies, the better they would do when you sent them out to conquer. That's not how you think today. Did you notice?

Any country that thinks this way today will not survive, for humanity has discovered that the world goes far better by putting things together instead of tearing them apart. The new energy puts the weak and strong together in ways that make sense and that have integrity. Take a look at what happened to some of the businesses in this great land (USA). Up to 30 years ago, when you started realizing some of them didn't have integrity, you eliminated them. What happened to the tobacco companies when you realized they were knowingly addicting your children? Today, they still sell their products to less-aware countries, but that will also change.

What did you do a few years ago when you realized that your bankers were actually selling you homes that they knew you couldn't pay for later? They were walking away, smiling greedily, not thinking about the heartbreak that was to follow when a life's dream would be lost. Dear American, you are in a recession. However, this is like when you prune a tree and cut back the branches. When the tree grows back, you've got control and the branches will grow bigger and stronger than they were before, without the greed factor. Then, if you don't like the way it grows back, you'll prune it again! I tell you this because awareness is now in control of big money. It's right before your eyes, what you're doing. But fear often rules. ..."

Monsanto pushes against California listing of herbicide as cancer cause

The agricultural giant Monsanto has urged California not to list herbicide glyphosate as carcinogenic. Glyphosate is the main ingredient in Monsanto's Roundup herbicides and many other products across the world.

The multinational company filed its comments on the proposed list on Tuesday, saying that California regulators were not considering valid scientific evidence.

Earlier, California's Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment (OEHHA) announced a plan to list glyphosate under Proposition 65, state legislature informing residents about cancer-causing chemicals.

OEHHA said that their move was prompted by the World Health Organization's (WHO) cancer research committee. The global organization classified glyphosate as a probable human carcinogen in March.

However, Monsanto said that state's actions could be considered illegal for not taking all valid data into account.

Listing glyphosate as a cancer cause "has the potential to deny farmers and public agencies the use of this highly effective herbicide," Monsanto said in its public filing.

"Global regulatory authorities... agree that glyphosate is not carcinogenic," they added.

Others, however, supported California's bid to list glyphosate as a cause of cancer. Several farming, public health and environmental groups pointed out the dangers connected to the herbicide in a letter to OEHHA earlier in the week.

The controversial chemical was introduced in 1974, and it is now registered in over 160 countries. It is the key ingredient in Roundup, Monsanto's popular line of herbicides, and hundreds of other products.

However, many scientists and health activists warn against glyphosate residues on food.

After the WHO's decision to label glyphosate as a probable carcinogen, several firms representing US farm workers sued Monsanto, accusing the company of keeping silent on the chemical's effects.

Monsanto has rejected the claims.

Wal-Mart woes revive minimum wage debate

Washington (AFP) - Wal-Mart caused a stir when it raised the pay of 500,000 of its workers. But now the US retail giant seems to regret the move after its profit outlook plunged, reviving a minimum wage debate.

The nation's biggest employer blames its recently released lower forecast on a plan it unveiled in February to hike minimum hourly compensation to $10, up from $7.25 at the federal level.

Wal-Mart's move followed mounting criticism by labor unions and others that its low wages have locked workers into poverty and even pressured some of them to seek public assistance to make ends meet.

The decision had a snowball effect, spreading most notably to fast food chain McDonald's at a time when several US states including New York and major US cities -- Los Angeles and Seattle among them -- took similar action, effectively bypassing hostile Republicans in Congress.

But now Wal-Mart's woes could put the brakes on this trend. They have already prompted reactions from the large camp of those opposed to increasing the minimum wage, something that hasn't been done since 2009.

"Wal-Mart's announcement that their plan to increase wages is a contributing factor to their disappointing earnings report confirms the obvious truth that increasing wages has significant impacts, even on the largest of employers," Randy Johnson, an official with the US Chamber of Commerce, the powerful business lobby, told AFP.

The reasoning is that companies could jeopardize their bottom line by boosting paychecks.

"If even Wal-Mart feels the pinch then other employers will certainly have problems," Johnson added.

This argument has also been used to hit back at US fast food workers who have stepped up calls and actions demanding that the minimum wage be increased to $15.

"A rise in the minimum wage to $15 would very definitely mean that the jobs of large numbers of people would be at risk," said Tim Worstall, a fellow at the Adam Smith Institute in London.

"Companies would have to become intensive users of well-trained labor ... rather than extensive users of low skill and lowly paid labor," he wrote in a piece published by Forbes magazine.

'Absurd'

Eyeing Wal-Mart, will other big businesses back away from paying their workers better?

That remains to be seen.

"The companies for whom it makes business sense will continue to do it," Michael Strain, of the conservative American Enterprise Institute, told AFP.

But "the others might think twice about this."

Strain noted that companies might be torn between wanting to score points with the greater public or win favor with shareholders.

"The corporate responsibility community will say: 'you raised your wages voluntarily, that's great,' but the business community and the shareholders are like 'jeez, this is really not helping our earning statements,'" he said.

Experts are divided.

David Cooper, economic analyst at the Economic Policy Institute in Washington, sought to put the negative impact of Wal-Mart's minimum wage hike into perspective.

"The notion that this pay increase will threaten the profitability of the company is absurd," Cooper told AFP, highlighting the fact that the measure's cost of 1.5 billion dollars represents just 0.3 percent of the giant's turnover.

"This is a drop in a very large bucket for them," he said, pointing to pressure from online competitors and a strong dollar as additional reasons for its lackluster performance.

Cooper and others maintain that the benefits of a minimum wage hike will only become apparent over time.

"Spending this money on the workforce may not please short-term investors but it's good business policy for the long-term health of the company," he told AFP.

Cooper added that, as the labor market improves, it will become harder to attract and retain the best people.

But "when you raise wages, workers will stay on longer," minimizing turnover, which comes at a significant cost, he said.

Dutch pension system is one of the best, but could do better

The Dutch pension system is one of the best in the world but is performing less well in terms of future sustainability, according to the latest research by consultancy Mercer. 

The Danish system tops the Mercer list of 25 pension systems, with the Netherlands in second place, just head of Australia, Sweden and Switzerland. Mercer produces its annual ranking based on 50 different criteria. 

The Netherlands derives its high ranking from the way the pension system guarantees a liveable minimum income, news agency ANP says. 

However, the Dutch score for future sustainability has gone down this year, Mercer said. In addition, the Netherlands can do more to make it attractive to save for a private pension and improve the protection for corporate pensions in case of bankruptcy. 

The Netherlands has the toughest residency requirements for a state pension in Europe. To qualify, a person must have lived in the country for 50 years. A person who has worked in the Netherlands for 40 years is only entitled to 80% of the state pension.

India's pharmacies shut down to protest online sales

New Delhi (AFP) - Around 800,000 Indian pharmacies downed their shutters Wednesday to demand a crackdown on online drug sales, which they say is unregulated and eroding their business.

The one-day strike is aimed at curbing India's burgeoning online drug retail industry, which the All India Organisation of Chemists and Druggists (AIOCD) says is putting customers at risk by failing to follow existing rules.

"It is going to be a 100 percent strike. Approximately 800,000 chemists will be on strike," AIOCD president J.S. Shinde told AFP.

"Our own investigation has shown that anti-pregnancy pills, sleeping pills and steroids are being sold freely online."

A slew of companies opened shop online in India last year to tap a market worth more than an estimated $10 billion.

Registered e-pharmacies like 1mg and Zigy say they have teams of pharmacists who vet prescriptions submitted online to counter potential abuse.

But India has no specific rules covering e-retailers, and bricks-and-mortar sellers say drugs are being sold online without proper verification.

"Our business has also been affected by 40-50 percent because of drugs being sold online," Shinde said.

"We want the government to close down all illegal online pharma companies immediately."

India's government said it was in the process of drawing up guidelines to regulate online drug sales.

"A sub-committee has been constituted to look into the matter, which has so far undertaken only preliminary discussions with the stakeholders to ascertain their views," the health ministry said in a statement Tuesday.

Pharmacies will be closed all day, although customers will be able to buy emergency drugs through special telephone numbers printed on posters and newspapers.

Australia doctors demand children be freed from immigration detention

Australian doctors on Monday ramped up pressure on the government over its hardline policy on asylum-seekers, saying children they treat from immigration centres should not be returned to detention where conditions could harm them.

Thousands of Australians rallied over the weekend urging Pacific island detention camps be shut, and medical professionals at the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne are reportedly refusing to discharge asylum-seeker patients if they are to be locked up again.

The stance was backed by the Australian Medical Association (AMA) and the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP).

AMA president Brain Owler said children behind bars suffered psychologically and doctors faced an ethical dilemma.

"Doctors are put in a very difficult position," he told national radio.

"If we had a child that comes into our hospital that we feared if sending them back to an environment which we felt was going to be harmful, where they were at risk of abuse, we would be negligent if we sent them back to that environment.

"And that is what the doctors at the Royal Children's Hospital are saying. We cannot send children back to an environment where they're going to be harmed."

RACP president Nick Talley added in a statement that "time and again, the Australian public has seen inquiries and heard excuses for the wrongs committed against children inside these detention centres".

"The health and well-being of children should never be open to compromise. No child should be held in detention," he said.

All asylum-seekers coming by boat to Australia are now sent to camps in Papua New Guinea and Nauru and ultimately denied resettlement in Australia even if they are found to be genuine refugees.

Although the tough policy, which also includes turning back boats, has stopped frequent drownings, human rights organisations have slammed the prolonged detention, particularly of children, as a breach of Australia's legal obligations.

Canberra has also been accused of drawing a veil of secrecy over its treatment of asylum-seekers with new laws introduced this year criminalising the disclosure of information about boatpeople in its care, including by doctors.

Harsh policy

Owler estimated some 200 children were being held, about half in Australia and the rest offshore. Government figures recently said 86 children were on Nauru.

Distressed about the welfare of dozens of patients brought to the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne while in immigration detention, staff on Sunday penned an emotive opinion piece for the Herald Sun newspaper.

"As health staff at a leading children's hospital, our duty is to support child health. We cannot accept or condone harm to children. Detention causes harm and it must end," it said.

"We call for moral leadership on this issue to find a solution, quickly -- to use alternatives to detention and to stop the harm."

The numbers of children in immigration detention peaked at 1,992 in mid-2013 under the former Labor administration, but they have been significantly reduced since the conservative government was elected in September that year.

Since ousting Tony Abbott for the leadership of the Liberal Party and the government last month, Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has admitted to concerns about the Pacific camps. But he has given no indication of immediate policy changes.

"Nobody wants to have children in detention ... we have been working very hard to reduce those numbers," he told parliament Monday, while advocating a tough asylum-seeker policy as a necessary deterrent.

"We recognise that our border protection policy is tough, we recognise many would see it as harsh. But it has been proven to be the only way to stop those deaths at sea and to ensure that our sovereignty and our borders are safe."

WHO: No new Ebola cases in West Africa last week

The World Heath Organization has reported no new cases of Ebola in West Africa last week. The health body has said this is the first time there have been no new cases for a week since the outbreak spread in March 2014.

The World Health Organization has said there were no new cases of Ebola reported in Guinea, Sierra Leone and Liberia in the week to October 4, the first time since March 2014 a week has passed without any new cases being reported.

The healthy body said in a report on Wednesday that there "remains a near-term risk of further cases" of the deadly virus, which has killed 11,297 people out of 28,421 infected since the outbreak began.

There have been less than 10 confirmed cases per week for the past 11 weeks across the West African countries, while instances of transmission have been geographically limited to small areas. WHO said this marks "a transition to a distinct, third phase of the epidemic."

In Guinea, more than 500 people remain under follow-up and some 290 people who may have had contact with someone infected with the virus remain untraceable, WHO said.

Sierra Leone has gone three consecutive weeks without a new case of Ebola. The last person to receive treatment in the country was released on September 26, but two high risk contacts remain untraced. The country must now wait 42 days to be declared free of the virus.

Liberia was declared free of Ebola on September 3.

Pandemic: Don't you find it odd that in the last 50 years, when you have a population of seven billion Human Beings, with up to 2,000 airplanes in the air at any given moment, going between almost every conceivable place, that there has not been a pandemic in your lifetime? There have been five starts of potential pandemics over the last 20 years, yet none became serious. Did any of you put this together? Dear ones, when the world was far less populated a few hundred years ago, with no mass travel to spread a virus, there were still millions wiped out by a pandemic. With the increased population and mass travel, there is far more danger today than before. It doesn't make sense, does it? What happened to stop it?

Ebola

Now, I've just set the stage for the next subject, haven't I? Ebola. Are you afraid yet? Gaia is a life-force that is a part of Human consciousness. My partner put it on the screen today so you could see the connections [during the lecture series]. Now it's time to connect the dots. Dear one, Gaia is in the battle, too, for here comes something scary that you haven't had in your lifetime and you're afraid of it - the potential of a pandemic on the planet.

There's a very famous film that has some dialogue that my partner will quote. Some of you will know it and some of you won't, but here it is: "Have a little fire, scarecrow?" What are you afraid of? Darkness? Gaia is in the battle with you and is actively pursuing solutions through light. The energy of the planet is with you in this fight! The ebola virus is a shock and a surprise. It is propelled by ignorance and fear, so it can flourish. Look at where it started and look at how it gets its ability to continue. It expands its fear and power easily with those who believe it's a curse instead of those who understand the science.

Villages are filled with those who refuse to leave their family members because they believe the disease is a curse! FEAR! Instead of understanding that they should be in isolation from the virus, the family dies together through ignorance and fear. This represents how darkness works. Are you going to become afraid also? Dear ones, ebola will be conquered. Know this and be at peace. Pray for light for those in the villages who are afraid, that they can know more about how to keep the spread of this disease and live to see their families. .”

Euthanasia death total rises 10% in 2014

There was a 10% rise in the number of euthanasia cases in the Netherlands last year, taking the total to 5,306, according to the regional euthanasia monitoring board. 

The number of cases has risen by around 10% a year for some time. As in previous years, in almost three in four cases, the patient had terminal cancer. 

A spokesman for the monitoring board told the paper the increase in euthanasia cases may be related to growing social acceptance of euthanasia. 

However, there is likely to be a sharp rise this year in the number of people being helped to die because they had severe psychiatric problems, the NRC says in its report. 

There were 41 such cases last year, but there are indications this could double in 2015, the NRC says, referring to figures from a special euthanasia clinic published in July.

In the first six months of this year, 18 people with severe psychiatric problems were helped to die by the clinic, which was set up in 2012 to help people whose doctors are unwilling to grant euthanasia requests. This is more than double the 2014 total of 17.

Question (2003): I've been wondering about this for a while now. Do we decide how and when we're going to die before we come into the world? Is that why some people live a long and healthy life, while others die from an illness or accident at an early age? Does it have anything to do with our past lives?

Answer: Human death is not seen on this side of the veil as anything but a transition of energy and a freshening of expression. This is difficult for you to understand, for to you, death is pain, suffering, and grief. Can you even begin to understand why this is the setup? We see it as part of the "play of Earth." In any play, even the Human with the knife in his chest gets up after the curtain comes down and has a party with the cast. The cast members all know that the adventure in the play is not real. But in the play of Earth, your reality says that life is everything there is. Therefore, it's played "for keeps." It has to be this way, to make the challenge and the test... fair.

Yes, you all have a beginning setup contract where your shift (death) is planned. Sometimes it's to facilitate another person (such as the profound energy created through the death of a child or suicide). So it can be part of an agreement with great energy around it, or a simple potential to leave when it's time. Each case is different, and yes, it is often tempered with a balance from past-life experience. It's also entirely temporary and waiting to be rewritten!

All this is changing greatly. With the new energy brings a change in the system of life and death on Earth. Indigo Children are coming into the planet without past-life karmic attributes. They're "clean" of this karma, and also have a very different setup. They still have a potential life line, and they carry information about past-life experience and the wisdom of what they learned, but they're also aware that they can create a change in that beginning contract. This is the biggest difference between the old- and new-energy Human. The old-energy Human somehow feels that the contract is absolute, that nothing can change it. He actually tries to follow this beginning temporary setup to its destination! This is information that has to be unlearned for most of you. The child? He knows better. He can do anything! Did you notice his attitude? He comes in ready to create and manifest. He's frustrated that you don't see the potentials, or that you wallow in some linear system, or that you try to follow an old setup. Did you notice? This is all part of the new Human-life scenario.

Whereas the plan of old created life and death as a cycle in a karmic engine of lesson - creating energy to help the earth - that is now void. The new system is one that encourages a contract rewrite, including death time, age, and even life lesson. It's a startling change, and brings new meaning to death in the new energy.

Also, there's this fact: We told you in 1989 that a great number of Humans might have to pass quickly in these times for the new energy to manifest. You're seeing it now. With war and disease, the numbers are quickly being fulfilled. What does this mean? It means that many actually had the agreement to pass at this time if the earth had accomplished a vibratory rate shift. It did, and the process began.

What is the reason for this? Although you might feel that it's too sorrowful to think about, we give you the truth: The new Indigo color of Human Being will do far better on the planet than one with a very old energy. Therefore, many are leaving early to immediately come back as Humans with the Indigo color. This will facilitate peace on Earth faster than anything else.

"... The Ethics of Life

You, as a Human Being, are designed to appreciate and love life. But you put it in a box. You think you live once. You say, life is precious; make it count; keep it going at all costs; make it work. And the underlying thought is that because you only go around one time, all the purpose is wrapped up in one lifetime. Well, I'm going to give you something to think about, something that happened just recently that tens of millions of people all over earth who have the western news media know of.

It was all about one woman's life, and you know who I'm talking about. I'm talking about Terri [Terri Schiavo]. And I'm going to talk about Terri because, you know, she's here [speaking of the real Terri]! And I'm going to give you a perspective about Terri that perhaps you hadn't thought about before, and as I do it, she's going to watch.

It's very metaphysical, you know? This perspective is one from my side of the veil. Terri leaned into the wind of birth many years ago, just as you did. I was there, too. There were potentials laying in front of her - a track that she could take if she wished. There was no predestination, only predispositions of energy that laid before her: the parents she would have (which she had selected), the man she might meet or marry, the accident waiting to happen. All of these things were in her "potential track," and she could have chosen not to go there.

But like so many of you, she looked at it and examined it. These were the times we spoke to her and said, "Dear one, you're going into another Human lifetime that has a potential that's awesome - grander than most Humans on the planet will ever experience. You'll get to present something to tens of millions of people. You'll make them think about life. You'll change the legal system of your country. You'll awaken peoples' awareness to situations that need to be addressed with respect to morality, integrity, and even intuition. Will you do it?"

And I remember what she said. The grand angel who stood before me, who you now call Terri, smiled broadly and said, "I'm ready for that." And some of you cry in your sorrow and say "Why is this Human dead? How could such a thing be tolerated? Why would such a thing happen? Life is so precious." And I ask you this, as Terri looks on in her joy, would you take this away from her? Would you take that away from humanity, what she showed and did that resulted directly in her passing?

Start thinking of these things, perhaps differently. We've told you before that there are even those Human Beings who come in with a predisposition of suicide! What a horrible thought, you might say. "Kryon, could that even be appropriate?" And we say this: More than appropriate, it's by design! "But why should that be?" You might say. "What a horrible dishonorable death." And if that's your reaction, you're placing the whole grand picture in your own little Human box.

When you start examining it spiritually, without Human bias, you start to see that around a suicide there's this energy that develops. It's all about the family. Is there shame? Is there drama? Does it kick the family in the pants so that perhaps they might study things they never did - or perhaps they might they even look within themselves for spirituality? Blessed is the one that comes in with these tasks [like suicide]. There are so many of them who do. For these are the grease of personal change within families, and provide a gift that is grand!

You see, Spirit looks at these things differently. The curtain goes up, it goes down. You come and you go and there are profound lessons, some of which are taught harshly, by those who teach them through their own deaths.

"Well, what is it Kryon? Don't dodge the question with a diversion to suicide, for this isn't what Terri did. Is it proper or is it improper to have somebody in this vegetative state put to death by others around her?" Our answer: Exactly which Human are you talking about? You want a blanket answer, don't you? For six and half billion souls and paths, you want one answer for all. Well, you won't get one. For Terri, the answer is a solid yes. It was as it should have been. She came in with this grand opportunity to change the world, and she did it while everyone watched.

There is appropriateness in all things and sometimes you create for yourselves what seems to be inappropriate. Yet later you understand what the gift was within the challenge. Celebrate Terri, and don't think of this as a shameful thing that Humans did to her. Think of it instead as a book that was written for you to look at, one which pushes you to a place to ask, "What should we do about this now, personally? What should our legislatures do about this, if anything? How can we approach these things more humanely and with more honor? Is our culture addressing this issue? Are we addressing this issue personally?" Let's put these questions where they belong. It's not about "right to life"; it's about the appropriateness of "this life." Each case is individual, and some are profoundly given for the planet and for those around the individual.

Oh, as all of you came into this planet and leaned into the wind of birth separately, each was unique. Each of you has a different story, a different goal, but all have the same purpose: the elevation of the vibration of the planet. Sometimes it happens to many of you at the same time. We'll get to that before we finish. ..."
